    BIG Disappointment

by Zippppy on 3/28/11The Chicago Theatre - Chicago

I have been a big Sarah Silverman fan for a long time. Her last stand-up comedy special was one of my all time favorites and was a do not delete item on my DVR. I had high expectations! The opening guy was terrible. Just plain not funny. He was so busy kissing Sarah's ass it was pathetic. Sarah was totally flat. The crowd was not into it at all. It was like she was unprepared... It felt like a comic doing improve on a bad night! If this was her traveling bit there are a lot of sad fans out there.

    Sarah was hilarious!

by mjames on 3/28/11The Chicago Theatre - Chicago

Sarah Silverman put on a great show. She interacted with the audience and really made me laugh out loud throughout her performance. While some of her jokes have that "shock factor" I was expecting that because that is the type of comedian she is. I really enjoyed myself and would recommend her show to a friend.

    Sarah Silverman - very disappointing

by XDisappointedX on 3/28/11The Chicago Theatre - Chicago

My party and I were very disappointed in this show. She redid all her material from talk shows, etc., that we all already seen. Furthermore, though we can all appreciate political satire, her race-related jokes were not smart nor satirical. Best stated, it was like amateur hour at the suburban comedy club, at best. The bet thing about her show was the opening act, Todd Glass.

    Sarah Silverman - the edgiest

by vicarious on 3/28/11The Chicago Theatre - Chicago

Imagine Lenny Bruce and Richard Pryor had a kid together ---- YOU GOT IT - THAT'S SARAH SILVERMAN. She dances on the edge and keeps pushing it further and further out - just the way they did. She finds the subjects that no one talks about - and she does. SO FUNNY!!!! THANK YOU SARAH. KEEP PUSHING!!!

    Sarah Silverman was solid gold!

by Mojopojo on 3/28/11The Chicago Theatre - Chicago

The show was a riot. Sarah was hysterical. The opener was ready for disown headline. Glad we made this 3,500 seat sell-out show in oneof the greatest venues in the Midwest.

    Sweet And Dirty

by VanHalenExpress on 3/28/11The Chicago Theatre - Chicago

Sarah came on and left the stage being as sweet and innocent as ever, regardless of all the dirty things that came out of her mouth. Her honesty about using this tour to try out new material was well received. The random stories and note book of unfinished jokes helped the show move on. Was really impressed with how well she handled a guy who tried to hagel her. Her ability to act like nothing was bother her made it appear as though the guy was almost a plant, until he got kicked out. I thoroughly enjoyed her and Frank fielding random questions from the auidence members as way to close the night.

Sarah Was Funny and Not As Offense As I Expected

by alex0918 on 3/28/11The Chicago Theatre - Chicago

Sarah was very funny as usual and not as offensive as I expected her to be, less attacks or mocking of religion, races, etc., than usual. Her opening act was also very good.

The beautiful Sarah Silverman put on an amazing act non stop laughs and last 20 mins she did a Q&A and let the crowd ask her questions. Hands down best show I seen in a very long time!!

    Funny as sin

by GracieRainbow on 3/28/11The Chicago Theatre - Chicago

Sarah was as good a live comedy show as I have ever seen. She had the crowd laughing and crying sometimes at the same time. Not for young children or old bible thumping non sinners but I thought I was going to have side cramps from laughing.

My husband and I first heard about Sarah Silverman from our adult children. They thought she was very funny. Then, I was both impressed and tickled when I learned that she had called upon grandchildren to head down to Florida to urge their grandparents to vote for Obama. Recently, I happened to read that she was coming to the Filmore in Detroit, Michigan for a one night engagement. Since we had never seen her on T.V. or in person, I figured we should go see her show. She was hysterical!!! Her humor was so intelligent, creative and original in its take!! We would definitely go see her the next time she comes to town, but we would bring lots of friends with us. We often go to NYC for GBroadway. She was as entertaining as a hot new show.

    She was amazing!!

by HSB2008 on 3/26/11Indiana University Auditorium - Bloomington

Sarah Silverman was hilarious!!! Her opening acts, Tig and Todd Glass were great too! Although Todd was constantly criticizing himself (I don't know if it was part of the act or for real) and it wasn't very funny.
