Sarah Evans put on an excellent show, but it didn't last an hour and 1/2. It started almost 10 minutes late, and was over about 5 minutes early. Other than that, it was great.

About
Celebrated country vocalist Sara Evans returned to the airwaves in 2013 with "Slow Me Down," the bombastic lead single from her highly anticipated seventh studio album. As great as her voice is on record, it's her live concerts that let her showcase what a pure and versatile storyteller she truly is. Ticket buyers are sure to be floored by her vocals, with a dynamic range that can go from angelic softness to full-voiced belts effortlessly, all done with an emotional heft that reaches into your soul and holds on until the very last note. Every tour she's unleashed has been a vocal tour de force that has to be heard to be believed. Her upcoming album, due in the first quarter of 2014, is sure to be another classic Sara Evans' journey through life and love and finds her reuniting with superstar Vince Gill, who sang with Sara on her first country number one hit, "No Place That Far."
A country sensation since her debut album in 1997, Sara Evans has kept listeners enthralled with her continuous release of quality material and award-winning performances. Her classic "Born to Fly" became her second number one single, and was responsible for Sara's first major award win at the 2001 Country Music Association Awards, where she was the most nominated artist of the evening. Her biggest song to date came thirteen years into her illustrious career with "A Little Bit Stronger," becoming Sara's first platinum-certified single. Time and time again, Sara Evans proves that a timeless vocalist with personal stories to tell will always find an audience to connect with.

Sara Evans was awesome!!
by Dawolfe on 5/16/10Heartland Events Center - Grand IslandRating: 5 out of 5I already liked her music but after seeing her concert and witnessing the appreciation she has for family made me a bigger fan... there was no ego, just a love for music and family and a genuinely good person. Her sound was awesome and of course she looked amazing!!!
Sara Evans was wonderful!
by Naner123 on 5/15/10Heartland Events Center - Grand IslandRating: 4 out of 5She is one of the most beautiful, down to earth women ever. She loved sharing her family history as to where she grew up and how and why she sings what she sings. Truely a wonderful show. Josh Gracin was the opening act and the only thing that I did not like about each show is the base being so loud you can't always hear the words to the song. And I go to sing every word which really bits when I can't even hear where they are in a song.
Great show in Grand Island
by Hilltop on 5/15/10Heartland Events Center - Grand IslandRating: 5 out of 5It was a great show, Sara sounded great, looked great, and was very friendly and personable to her audience. We had perfect seats and Sara made a point of smiling, waving at us, etc. so we felt like she was genuinely interested in her show and her audience. I took my teen daughter, who is a huge Sara fan. She had only three disappointments: she didn't win the meet and greet (as a fanclub member she was desperately hoping to) so didn't get to meet Sara, then we waited outside Sara's bus hoping she'd come over when she was leaving but all she did was wave at us and climb in the bus, and she didn't do a couple of her big hits (Noplace that Far and Back of a Greyhound Bus). She did, however, do 3 cover songs, so it would have been nice to have fit in those 2 hits of hers somewhere.
Amazing Sara Evans!!!!
by murthefur on 12/18/09Desert Diamond Casino - TucsonRating: 5 out of 5It's been a while since I've been to a concert, but this was worth the wait. I had a hard time trying to figure which part of the concert I liked the most: her hits or the Christmas music. Sara made it a personal concert as well, by the time you left you felt like one of the family. The whole band was in sync with her, it was fantastic!!! To be blessed with a voice & talent such as hers I'm glad she decided to share it with us. I am really surprised that the concert wasn't a sell out. A damm shame, a lot of people missed out on a great concert.
Absolutely Amazing
by CountryGirlSB on 12/16/09Star Of The Desert Arena at Primm Valley Resorts - PrimmRating: 5 out of 5My boyfriend and I got to see Sara two years ago in Indio. When she was going through tuff times and she absolutely sounded and looked amazing. Not that she didn’t sound amazing then, but during her performance we saw a couple of tears run down her face. Hats off to you Sara Evans! You’re an inspiration to woman in the world.
Sara Evans was awesome!
by queenie37 on 12/16/09Star Of The Desert Arena at Primm Valley Resorts - PrimmRating: 5 out of 5Sara Evans has the best voice I have ever heard! Her performance was stellar and very entertaining. She had a hard crowd ( I think I was the youngest one there and I'm 37!) that night but she kept her spirits up and performed as if the whole crowd was up and singing along with her! I love her sense of family and the way she opened up to the crowd about her life. I was surprised by the Christmas aspect of the concert and loved it! Like I said before, she is an amazing singer - I could have listened to her all night!

sara evans is hot, hot, hot!
by kgonzo5 on 12/13/09Star Of The Desert Arena at Primm Valley Resorts - PrimmRating: 5 out of 5sara evans sounds even better live than on her albums. the venue was small and intimate-all seats seemed to be great. my only complaint is the lack of crowd participation in the concert. most people seemed just to sit there not to interested in dancing or cheering. bummer.
Vocal range extraordinaire
by Musicdoglv on 12/13/09Star Of The Desert Arena at Primm Valley Resorts - PrimmRating: 5 out of 5I have always loved Sara's voice; therefore, I have all her music. I was blown away by her live rendition of "I Could Not Ask For More". It was outstanding. She voice sounds so much better live than on her recorded media.

by ridingeasy2 on 12/12/09Star Of The Desert Arena at Primm Valley Resorts - PrimmRating: 5 out of 5She look good, sound good and the christmas part with her picks of christmas song was spot on. I think she needs to look at those christmas song for her next album, Christmas songs have a wide vocal arrangement, which fit her voice.
Sara Evans Concert - wonderful!
by Synthmistress on 12/11/09Desert Diamond Casino - TucsonRating: 5 out of 5What a awesome show! Sara was so personal, talking with the audience quite a bit- what a comedian, she is so funny! Her singing was top notch, sang a mix of her best songs and Christmas songs too. She talked a lot about her family and her feelings about Christmas, very spiritual and touching. I only wish she had stayed for an encore.

Sarah Evans was great!
by Arizona2009 on 12/11/09Desert Diamond Casino - TucsonRating: 5 out of 5Her Chrismas music was just beautiful. I always enjoy her regular songs too. And she added some humor here and there as well. Will see her again if she comes to our town.
Sara rocks!
by Momofto on 12/11/09Desert Diamond Casino - TucsonRating: 5 out of 5Sara is an excellent singer, her songs are even better live than recorded.I like that she interacts with the audience and tells a lot of personal stories. Only downside at the concert was the seating. No theater seating so if you were not 1 st row your views were partially blocked.

Beyond my expectations
by shmiley on 12/11/09Desert Diamond Casino - TucsonRating: 5 out of 5I don't listen to country music very much but my husband does most of the time while driving. Sara Evans is one of his favorite country music singers and I have to admit that after hearing her concert she has become one of mine. We had about a 40 minute drive back home and all we talked about was what great selections she chose for our entertainment, the beautiful harmonies of her sisters and the rest of the backup singers, and the friendly atmosphere created by Sara's down-home openness. We enjoyed getting to know more about her and her family. And yes we stayed through the intermission to watch the video about everyone. Thank you to all!
