Santana in Concert

Few musicians in the history of American popular music inspire the same reverence as Carlos Santana. For more than four decades, he has been one of the music world's most distinctive and exciting guitarists, maintaining his reputation as an artist who continues to revolutionize the form.

Long before listeners knew terms like "fusion" and "world music," Santana was already a master who blended genres and traditions into a sound that was all his own. It's no wonder the young guitarist generated so much excitement as a foremost member of the Bay Area's fertile music community of the late 1960s.

With the release of his debut album Santana and an incendiary set at Woodstock in 1969, Santana established himself as one of the key artists of the era, gaining worldwide fame for his band's combination of Latin, jazz, blues, rock, and R&B. The new star proved his staying power when Santana remained on the Billboard charts and successors Abraxas and Santana III both reached No. 1.

In 1998, Santana was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. In addition to racking up career sales of more than 100 million records, he earned another spot in history books when Supernatural — the multiplatinum 1999 album that included such hits as "Smooth" and "Maria Maria" — won nine Grammy Awards, tying the record for most wins by a single project.

In 2014, he published his best-selling memoir, The Universal Tone: Bringing My Story to Light. Among his recent musical endeavors has been Santana IV, a thrilling album that saw him reunite with musicians from his band's early-‘70s lineup; and Power of Peace, a deeply soulful collaboration with The Isley Brothers.

Santana returned with more new music in 2019. In Search of Mona Lisa is an EP featuring three instrumentals inspired by the awe he felt the first time he saw Leonardo da Vinci's painting during a visit to the Louvre. Santana continues to inspire the same reaction at shows by the current incarnation of the band that bears his name. His team of first-tier players includes drummer Cindy Blackman Santana (Lenny Kravitz, Pharoah Sanders), bassist Benny Rietveld (Miles Davis, Sheila E.), keyboardist David K. Mathews (Tower of Power, Etta James), and percussionist Karl Perazzo (Mariah Carey, Tito Puente).

Santana on Tour

Grammy Award-winning, legendary artists Carlos Santana and Earth, Wind & Fire embark on a North American tour. A continuation of 2019's Supernatural Now tour for Santana, the Miraculous Supernatural 2020 Tour marks the first time these two powerhouses share the stage in the U.S. The Live Nation-produced outing kicks off June 19th in San Diego and makes stops in Los Angeles, Dallas, New York, Chicago, Toronto, and more before wrapping August 29th in Tampa.

Santana, and his band (which also features Santana's wife, Cindy Blackman Santana) highlight songs from both his Supernatural and Woodstock eras, as well as newer tracks from his 2019 full-length album Africa Speaks and some incredible surprises. Earth, Wind & Fire is one of music's most celebrated musical forces in history with an iconic music catalog that has been the soundtrack of millions of lives around the world.

In 2019, Santana celebrated the 20th anniversary of his revolutionary, multiple Grammy Award-wining album Supernatural, along with the 50th anniversary of his Woodstock performance. Santana's 1999 album Supernatural featured the back-to-back No. 1 singles "Smooth" and "Maria Maria" and sold over 30 million copies worldwide, topping the charts in over a dozen countries and sweeping the 2000 Grammy Awards.

  • Sad that he could not complete the concert

by lifelong fan of Santana on 11/19/25House of Blues Las Vegas - Las VegasRating: 3 out of 5

He played less than an hour and it was obvious that he was very ill. The part that he did play was fantastic. Too much money spent on tickets for a partial performance.

  • Great concert. Carlos Santana is virtuosic.

by RR on 11/18/25House of Blues Las Vegas - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

House of Blues is a small venue, so a good view from any main floor area. Drinks were not too crazy expensive. Friendly bartenders. Great show, to see Santana.

Great music, could not move, will not go again, thank you.

  • Love Santan

by Pam on 11/15/25House of Blues Las Vegas - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

Always love Santana! The only negative was at the House of blues. We had vip tickets and the space was very tight.

  • Intimate Supernatural

by Yellow Jacket on 11/15/25House of Blues Las Vegas - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

Can supernatural be intimate (even deeply personal)? Can the music of Mr. Carlos Santana do that to you? The answer is Yes and Yes. I was 16 years old when I first listened to Santana. That was almost 50 years ago. I was super happy to enjoy the high energy Santana Show. I jumped. I danced. I was a kid having fun. I was glad I was on the floor and not stuck at the bar or in a chair at a table. I loved every minute of it. It was one of the best music shows I was part of. I liked the House of Blues. Perfect venue for this kind of show. Thank you Carlos and the band! Now…go see the show and spread the love for music.

  • So fun, and Carlos Santana is still so great!

by Anita on 11/13/25House of Blues Las Vegas - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

Love the house of Blues, if you really want to enjoy it, don’t pay for a seat because you can’t dance!

  • Music - 5, Experience - 0

by Eric on 11/13/25Rating: 3 out of 5

Can't say how excited I was to discover Santana playing in Vegas while I was there. A living legend. Picked up tickets in Section 208 - which was billed as a great view. Row B 203 & 204 -figured couldn't be much better for last minute (about a week ahead of time) seats. Wrong. For those of you buying tickets - Santana hangs on the (facing the stage) to the left. Was very difficult to see at best. This was ONLY made worse by the old, maybe half-drunk, "super fan"that figured he needed to video large portions of the concert with his iPhone and thus was standing up, leaning over, and blocking many people's views. I am disappointed that nobody from the facility monitored any of this and actually asked the guy to sit down. Despite several instances of "SIT DOWN"from behind him - nothing. While I COULD watch the "jumbotron"version of Santana playing (in all fairness, the whole band DID rock), it surely was not worth the $700 worth of tickets I paid for. Thoroughly disgusted with the experience. Should have streamed a concert version at the house for 10 bucks and turned it full blast. Would have been far more satisfying. For me, it was pretty much a waste. Completely disgusted with the whole thing. If you are going to see Santana - I bet it would BE wonderful if you got center seats or seats to the right (facing the stage) - and hope you don't end up with some "uber-fan"trying to video the whole thing in front of you.

  • The venue completely sucked but the music was great.

by Richard on 11/12/25House of Blues Las Vegas - Las VegasRating: 1 out of 5

I would not see another concert in the House of Blues. I could not see half of the band from my seat. When I was able to see the rest of the band I was looking through railing and a rope. It took a long time to get in and was not set up to be nice for the customer. Getting out took way to long for only less than 500 people (about a half and hour). Really... I was expecting a lot more.

  • An evening with Carlos Santana & Family

by Nanette on 11/12/25House of Blues Las Vegas - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

The best intimate concert experience ever…felt like an evening with family and friends …Carlos and his band were phenomenal!

  • The Man is as good as ever

by Greg on 11/12/25House of Blues Las Vegas - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

Venue is great and intimate and Santana played an awesome show. Everything was wonderful

  • Not worth the money

by DJ on 11/12/25House of Blues Las Vegas - Las VegasRating: 2 out of 5

Venue is terrible and too uncomfortable to enjoy the entertainment! Santana himself was great...aging in a way that he sat throughout the show, lots of indistinct rifts that filled time. Bought 2 VIP experiences and wasn't told that we each would not receive VIP goodies but just 1 to share ie 1 bottle of wine, 1 swag bag etc...Not my favorite event and it was 100s of dollars, not worth the price!

  • All we can say is “wow”!

by Dano on 11/12/25House of Blues Las Vegas - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

Outstanding experience which defies description. Great audio and sensory experience.

  • Good concert bad general admission experience

by Dori on 11/12/25House of Blues Las Vegas - Las VegasRating: 4 out of 5

We would have enjoyed the concert more if we didn’t have general admission. It was way too crowded and people were rude. It made for an unpleasant experience. The band was great -his wife Cindy stole the show on the drums.

  • Face melting

  • Santana was AMAZING

by Natalie on 11/11/25House of Blues Las Vegas - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

Absolutely the best concert I’ve been to in years !!

  • Santana still has it....

by RichKK on 11/10/25House of Blues Las Vegas - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

Great show by the legend.....60 plus years and Carlos still has the mental and physical skills to perform. I stood for 2 hours and would do it again....The small venue was unusual for me and the experience was more like a 1975 night out on the town...I was 10 ft from the stage...and the best guitar player in history....Memories of the way it was on Long Island. Carlos played Jones Beach Theater yearly for many years and I was there each time....TY Carlos...

  • Super Energized Santana Group

by Ranea on 11/9/25House of Blues Las Vegas - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

We loved the music. All band members were so energetic and musically talented. Santana at 78 was amazing. We loved the music and the messages he shared. I didn’t realize our tickets were General Admission Standing on Floor the entire time. My husband stood as long as he possibly could but we had to leave the floor before the show was over so he could sit somewhere.

  • Excellent show. Poor venue

by Paul on 11/8/25House of Blues Las Vegas - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

HOB was a poor host. Billed event at 7 only to make us wait for over an hour in line outside w no explanation??

  • Pure excellence

by English muffin on 10/5/25House of Blues Las Vegas - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

A fantastic intimate setting with a real carnival feel, felt like we were all friends enjoying world class music. Carlos Santana and the band were phenomenal, shout out to the drummer Sindy, never seen drumming like that before
