Sam Hunt is a multi-platinum country star credited for bringing hip-hop to country music(Opens in new tab). The Nashville performer started his career writing songs for country hitmakers like Kenny Chesney and Keith Urban before releasing his debut album, Montevallo in 2014. It debuted at No.1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. His platinum-selling sophomore album Southside (2020) — his second No.1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart — was named one of the best albums of the year by The New York Times(Opens in new tab).     Sam Hunt was amazing! He put on a great show! I love his music and he sounded great and him and his band looked like they had a really good time also! This is the 3rd time I have seen him in Atlantic City and he never disappoints! Can't wait to see him again next time he comes to New Jersey!

    Such a great night. Amazing show and a great venue. Sam Hung really puts on a great concert and the venue made it feel intimate. We had a blast.

    Sam Hunt was ok for the 50 minutes that he sang. Very little interaction with the crowd. His opening act was a DJ that played for 70 minutes and he played more rap than country. Not a good way to warm up a country crowd.

    I loved Sam Hunt’s concert. Wasn’t expected a hype man to be there but it was pretty cool. My only issue as a plus size person was that the seats were very uncomfortable 😣 anyways can’t wait to see Sam again !

    We were really looking forward to seeing Sam Hunt at the Hard Rock Hollywood. The location is great. We have seen many concerts there, including Eric Clapton, Rod Stewart and many more. Sam Hunt has many great hits and was one of the first artists we were introduced to when we discovered country music. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our concert experience that night. Let’s start with the sound. It was extremely difficult to hear Sam, the base was way too high, and the music overpowered the artist we couldn’t even understand him when he introduced the other members of his band. We also found the moments between the songs when the lights were just turned off to be unprofessional and amateur, almost like a high school production. The lighting that night was good but not great. The “mandatory” go around the room that Sam did, did not feel genuine and even the end of the performance felt as though it ended abruptly. Sam Hunt is a professional artist and it is unfortunate that his overall performance that night was not.
