Saliva's 2002 “Back into Your System” album release not only put the band on the map, but shot them to No. 19 on the Billboard 200 charts. Saliva's biggest hit from the album, "Always," topped the Modern Rock Chart at No. 1 and No. 51 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart. Full-throttled and full of energy, Saliva's latest single, "All Around the World," featuring new frontman Bobby Amaru, has brought some fresh blood to the band's sound and their live concert performances as well. Throw into the mix their latest hit track, “One More Night,” and the band's current tour with road mates, 12 Stones and Royal Bliss, is an explosion of fierce rock.
Saliva's roots are firmly planted in their hometown of Memphis, Tennessee, where the band originally formed in late 1996. Within the first year of forming, the band's first album, which was self-titled, was released on the Rocking Chair Records label. Since their inception, Saliva has been making waves everywhere they go. A few years after their “Survival of the Sickest” album, they released “Blood Stained Love Story,” which peaked at No. 19 on the Billboard 200 with its track, “Ladies and Gentlemen," leading the way to top out at No. 2 on Billboard's Mainstream Rock Chart. Saliva's international ticket sales touched the shores of Japan, South Korea and Europe when the band hit the road with fellow rockers Sevendust. In addition to their success in touring and the charts, the band has been a staple on Sirius Satellite Radio's “Octane 20” with songs like "Don't Question My Heart" and have crossed over to be featured on the "WWE: The Music, Vol. 8" album. They've also provided the official theme song for the ECW brand. With a brand new sound and a recently released album, Saliva will continue impressing their listeners in the new year.

Good time but not great. If you like loud R & R then this would be a show for you.
We drove in from Houston (to Baton Rouge) to see the show for a mini weekend getaway. The Texas Club is a cool bar/music hall. The opening bands were really good (Digital Summer and Merryweather). The bar is really suited for live music and the bands didn't disappoint. The energy level was high and the crowd was really into it. The one drawback was the music did overpower the singing - the mics could have been turned up so the words popped out more.
Show was full of energy and fun. Meet and greet afterwards was really cool.
I would definitely recommend this to a friend. Saliva was absolutely awesome. They know how to rock and know how to get a crowd pumpin!
The lineup was great..Siva Addtion was fab..Digital Summer was great..and then there was one..Saliva. They hit the stage and didn't look back. No "Lackluster" there. Shout out to Wayne who was smoking hot on guitar. The boys from the south were just down right off the charts.
we were really not thrilled with the concert. To begin the venue was not a huge place and it was way too loud. I think even standing far back we walked out with hearing loss. We really liked them before but after the concert we were really disappointed. Also they really didn't do a great job mixing in the new stuff with old stuff. It seemed like all new stuff and the two great songs were left at the end when you couldn't wait for it to be over. I think if the volume of amps and such was lessened, at least you could enjoy the music more.
While the crowd was rather low keyed, the bands that played were excellent. Brought my 14 year old nephew to his first rock event, so it was perfect.
From opening band to Saliva the show was awesome! Saliva Rocked the stage with both new songs and old school Saliva!
This concert was sweet! Seven Day Sonnet was surprisingly good. Rev Theory was killer and they were so cool to sit at the merch stand and talk to the fans and sign autographs. I love them and their show rocked and the signed cd was icing on the cake. Saliva played all the favorites we all love and rocked the house.
Saliva arrived at the Norva on Saturday ready to rock the house! Playing favorites like Click Click Boom, Ladies & Gentlemen, and Your Disease which had the crowd amped. Then they rolled out some of their new stuff from their new album "Under Your Skin" by playing hits like Bad Ass, Burn It Up, and Toxic Suicide! After the concert we met up with the band at the meet & greet. Every band member was present to talk to us, sign autographs, and hang out. Every one of them greeted us with gratitude for showing up tonight - a very down to earth group of guys! Special thanks goes out to Paul Crosby for the drum sticks and the hospitality. Rev Theory warmed up the stage for Saliva with tunes like Hell Yeah, Light It Up, and one of my favorites - JUSTICE. Overall the concert was great! The Norva should have more security guys working the floor to keep the "hyperactive mosher's" from banging into fellow fans and causing their drinks to spill on the floor and on ourselves! NOT COOL!
The concert kind of sucked, I have seen Saliva in the past and they have been awsome but this time it all just was a wash
The show was great! The bands kicked butt and of course we got to hear some of our favorite songs. I think my only complaint is the volume level. The venue is not huge, and I felt like the volume was a bit too high for the area we were in. My ears are still ringing.
Everyone should go who likes it it was tight Gtdxsyr
Shaman's Harvest did a most awesome job opening for Saliva and Saliva continued to rock the house!
Two local bands excited some of the locals, but not me. Shaman's Harvest played a good blend of Blues and Rock, and then the Saliva set got better and better as it went along. The energy level grew throughout the show, and the encores were electric.
Saliva put on a great show. The interaction with the audience really revved the attendees up. I would see them again, anytime, anywhere. This is a do not miss show for Saliva fans!
Enjoyed the show. I have always loved Saliva. Sound was a little distorted. Sometimes it was almost hard to tell what song they were playing. Still....lots of energy and lots of good ole Saliva rock and roll. I would go see them again, for sure.
we had a amazing time at the saliva show.. they were great.. the music was great.. johnny was hilarious!! we would love to see them again and would recommend anyone else see them!
Great Show. NO SEATS THOUGH,had to stand the whole time.WOW ,JOSIE SCOTT has gotten HUGE
Saliva is like a good bottle of wine....ONLY GETS BETTER WITH AGE!!!! The show kicked ass from Joses' non working mike on the opening song until the last note hit!
