Both the SLU Biliken’s men’s and women’s basketball games are a fun and affordable experience. The team’s are solid and the atmosphere with pep band, cheerleaders and enthusiastic, we’ll behaved fans is electric. Highly recommend!

The one thing that was disappointing was that the arena sold beer at a college basketball event. College students rarely know when to say no. I observed many students drinking beyond the point of being a good spectator. It was not the best venue to hold a college basketball game. But when Busch is pulling the strings, there is little other choice. The arena is great. However the seating was too much for this basketball game. Beer sales are fine. Just keep the beer out of the arena.
The seats were a good value for the view. The basketball game was exciting, just too bad that the Billikins didn't win! We all enjoyed our evening very much!
Way to go Men’s Billiken basketball. You started your season with a win and a good scrappy defense with a speedy offense. Good job.

Chaifetz Arena is a great venue. The band and the cheerleaders Really get the spirit going.
Great arena. Great team. Great game except we lost. Even so, made a true fan of me, my brother, and my great nephew. Will be going many times in the future. GO BILLIKENS!!

Chaifetz is an excellent venue for basketball. And the Billikens have a great team this year. The fans were loud and the excitement was high. The Bills did not disappoint and brought home a winner.

Great atmosphere!!! The game was competitive and we did not have any difficulties entering, seating, or leaving the facility.
Sold out crowd. Great atmosphere but with large crowd the handicapped section was over sold. Could not see floor from 2nd row. There should be assigned seats for this section.
Good parking options and food choices around arena, but you have to pay for meter parking on Saturdays. If you plan on eating at Pappy's (BBQ) around lunchtime, then allow about 45 minutes to get through the line, and then however long you need to chow down. The arena was nice outside and inside, although there is a draft circulating around all the upper level seats. The local fans (SLU) commented about this a few times, so it's worth bringing a light jacket if you have upper level seats. It was a sell out crowd for the SLU-VCU game, so a lot of energy inside the arena.
The seating was very good for the price and included free Billikin t-shirts in each seat compliments of a local merchant. Chafeitz arena was rocking the whole game and the excitement level was sky high. The only negative of the day was the parking. I arrived 20 minutes prior to tip-off and the traffic was backed up for several blocks to get into the parking garages. I skipped garage parking to park on the street about 5 blocks away and arrived in my seats before tip-off.
Awesome fun game!! Kids loved it! It was their first game and they're already asking when we can go back! ( 9,8,6,& 4 years old)
Good game but we had partial view seats even though we didn't buy them that way. They were full price tickets. Beware of purchasing tickets at the upper level entrances near the stair case landings. The first several seats in the first few rows of the section near the landing are partial view & are blocked by a railing and mesh wire.
I enjoyed the game! The seats were nice and I enjoyed having some time with family!
