Russell Dickerson Tickets

The “VIP listening experience” was a joke, but the concert itself was awesome. My friends and I got the VIP listening experience. We had to be there at 4:30 when the show started at 8 PM. When we checked in, we got a plushy/pillow of Russell that we had to hold for the duration of the evening. They let us in for the “listening“ experience, which was about a three minute video on his Writing process for his album that I’m sure will be on YouTube if it’s not already. He then came out and talked to the crowd for about three minutes and left. I’m not sure what I expected but with it being a listening experience, I thought, I don’t know, maybe play a few songs? Or at least divulge what is entailed in the VIP experience more clearly. I’m not sure what we were “listening” to. We then had to go back out to the lobby for another hour and then we were let back in to the venue about an hour later. We then had to stand there for two hours waiting for the show to begin. Once the show started, it was awesome! Vavo was great! Russell put on a great show and you can tell he really loves what he does and is very grateful and thankful for his success and his fans. The show was 10/10. We had a great spot to stand given the early access, which was a bonus of the VIP. But my feet were killing me after standing for about seven hours with the VIP experience beforehand which lasted maybe 10 minutes. I would definitely skip the VIP experience next time and show up at six. Also, what exactly were we supposed to do with a plushy for the duration of a concert? Maybe have a line for people to pick up their VIP gift after the show…? That way we don’t have to hold it for six hours… Just a thought.

Venue sound is terrible. Crowd noise on the floor made listening to the show impossible. Rude and incredibly drunk people constantly moving spilling drinks. General Admission is a miserable experience unless you are looking for fights and rudeness while you get as drunk as you can. The venue obviously is far more interested in selling as many drinks as they can. Miserable.

Always enjoy a good concert, and this was the first time I experienced a DJ as the opener for a main act. Would not recommend and honestly it could have been any up there and it wouldn't have mattered, not sure exactly how someone gets that gig and hopefully wasn't paid much. I truly like the venue when it's not packed, however as I mentioned before, drink prices are like we are in Nashville, or Vegas not Waukee, IA.

RD always puts on a great show! We wouldn’t miss his show for anything! Anytime he is in town; we will be there! This was my son’s first RD Party and he had so much fun!🤩

RD is such a good time and puts on a great show! I love how real he is and all his amazing music!

Russell Dickerson puts on an awesome show. He is so down to earth. He has so much energy and gives his all to his fans! I last saw him live in 2019…he continues to put his heart and soul in to his songs and shows! He loves his family and he brings that into his shows!

He is the most fun, energetic, entertaining musician I’ve seen!

Hi there! I’ve been to probably 30 concerts this year and this one was spectacular! There definitely have been some artists you hear on the radio and they sound nothing like that in person. Here to say not the case with Russell Dickerson sounded amazing! 10/10 would recommend. The only flaw was they over sold the floor seats so people that got those were in the isles of the seated guest at uptown theatre.

Saw him open for Sam Hunt and loved his enthusiasm and he really works the crowd. A few catchy tunes later and he’s killing it!

Russell Dickerson is high energy, has moves and musicality. Second time seeing him and would see him again in a heartbeat. The Grey Eagle was a fabulous venue
