A singular rap force in the mold of Eminem, Russ leaves an indelible mark every time he steps on stage. The jack of all trades does it all: writing, producing, engineering, and mixing all of his own music. So when the spotlight is on, Russ' output is a definitive reflection of his scope as an artist. Russ Background
Born in New Jersey, but growing up in Atlanta, 25-year-old Russ Vitale (Russ) started writing raps in a notebook at the tender age of seven. He found his teenage calling as a producer and stuck to it—until finally laying down his first bars on the mic when he was 18. Once he did, he couldn't stop. A tireless creator, Russ put out 11 albums in a three-year period from 2011 to 2014 and put them all up on SoundCloud for prompt mass consumption. While releasing everything through his Diemon Crew collective/label at the onset, he signed with Columbia Records in 2017 and quickly put out his major-label debut, ‘There's Really a Wolf.' Peaking at #7 on the Billboard 200 and #3 on both the U.S. rap and R&B charts, the debut soon went platinum. Staying true to form, his sophomore effort, ‘Zoo,' came out in 2018, peaked at #4 on the Billboard 200, and even featured Snoop Dogg & Rick Ross on the track "Last Forever." Russ has established himself as an outspoken personality on Twitter and palpable force in hip-hop.

by Cmichae1 on 6/22/17The Pageant - St LouisThe show was rushed but fun. He immediately started the next song after he finished one. Meet and greet was not personal at all. That was the disappointment. It took over an hour to start and then you were ignored and not spoken to while you had your super quick pic. Maybe he was just super stoned but I wouldn't suggest the meet and greet option, definitely suggest the show though!

It was well worth it, so was the money I paid for the tickets. He truly is amazing; made sure that everyone was in before the show started, Kept the place positive, interacted with the crowd the whole time, and he truly appreciated everyone there and let everyone know it. Can't wait for the next concert I go to. So talented

Venue was hot with very little air conditioning and he was probably miserable under all those lights and a long sleeve shirt in June on a 100 degree day( his fault for wearing winter clothes in June) but still he put on a great show. Passed out 3 cases of bottle water to the crowd and when some idiotic fans decided to throw water back on him; he was very upset but still didn't walk off stage and performed a great show.
