RuPaul's Drag Race on Tour
Even beamed into people's living rooms through their TVs, RuPaul's Drag Race is one of the biggest and most fabulous shows on Earth — it was only a matter of time before its cavalcade of queens ended up in Las Vegas. Specifically, they took up residence at the Flamingo, in a room that for more than a decade hosted the Donny & Marie variety show. A far more colorful and extremely ambitious production, RuPaul's Drag Race LIVE! involves big dance numbers, wild wardrobe changes, all-star catwalk crawls, vicious lip-sync battles and, well, a "bitch-slap" competition that calls for audience involvement. The mission is to make fans feel like they're in the middle of an interactive episode taping — a rotating cast of beloved queens previously seen on the show partakes in a series of challenges, performances and face-offs. The crowd determines a winner via the Clap-O-Meter, an outsize applause measurement device made to look like big lips and a giant tongue. The choreography comes from longtime Ru pal Jamal Sims (Step Up, the Oscars, live-action Aladdin) and is set to tunes previously heard on the series (think Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande, Britney Spears) as well as new original music from RuPaul, producer Leland and Tom Campbell. Meanwhile, the vibrant and often delightfully absurd sets transport viewers to a veritable wonderland of neon sass.
RuPaul's Drag Race in Concert
RuPaul's Drag Race debuted on Logo TV in 2009 and became an instant hit. It didn't hurt that the show's host, mentor and head judge was already the most famous and beloved drag queen the world had ever known, but the series quickly demonstrated its power to captivate audiences of all backgrounds and launch incredibly colorful new stars. By the time it kicked off its 12th season in 2020, the reality competition series had been nominated for 23 Emmys and won nine, not to mention increased awareness and (rabid) appreciation of drag culture, as well as gifted unto the world such truly inspired queens as Trixie Mattel, Bianca Del Rio and Alaska Thunderf*ck 5000. In 2017, RuPaul's Drag Race leapt to VH1 and also off of the screen via the Werq the World tour. That larger-than-life spectacle proved to be a hit, running for years and also paving the way for RuPaul's Drag Race LIVE! in Las Vegas, starring show alumni Yvie Oddly, Aquaria, Asia O'Hara, Derrick Barry, the Pit Crew and many more.
I was so glad I got to see the show finally while I was in Vegas. The show was everything. Even my dog Queenie enjoyed the show! I wish it was longer I was so excited to be there!

All the queens were royally fantastic and it was outright otherworldly to see Plain Jane, Jaida Essence Hall, and Ginger Minj IRL. I regressed to going full on teenager super stan (I'm 59)! No one disappointed and I only mention Ginger Minj specifically in the title because she did more impromptu improv than anyone and KILLED IT. Such a quick wit when speaking to different people in the audience! Hilarious. Plus I think she had the most costume changes. I mention the Pit Crew because they NEVER got a break. They danced with all the queens AND had solo work, too. If there were any mistakes, no one noticed because we were all having so much fun (and the entire cast seemed to, too, which made it even better). There was a woman at our table who, somehow, never heard of Drag Race and had no idea what she was in for and she had the TIME OF HER LIFE. It was a magical night and I would recommend it to both current fans and 'not yet' fans who are open minded and fun-loving. Just go!
This is a great show. Very well thought out and funny. Even if you’ve never watched Drag Race, this is a must see show anyways!
Ginger Minge was engaging and silly, great host! The show was very entertaining from start to finish. Will definitely go again when I am in town.
Great experience ! Fun show to watch , the lights the girls and the singing / dancing is just like the TV show however up close and personal ! Go plane Jane and Morphine !
The show was nice. Jorgeous was listed on the itinerary and I understand it could vary but she is the reason I bought tickets. There wasn’t only four drag queens. I only knew two. Yara Sophia and Derrick Berry. I was disappointed and would not buy tickets again.
Thoroughly enjoyable! The drag performers are outstanding and the male dancers are terrific. Overall, a wonderful show - a must see!
We had a fun great night. Ginger Minj was a pure delight! Loved that it really was like a live episode. Downside was the crazy (!) prizes for the drinks, which was a bit a mood killer.
I had high expectations coming into this show knowing the standards of the queens that are in it & wowzas were they exceeded! Hands down one of the best shows I have ever seen! Great audience interaction, funny, classy, and the talent is absolutely insane! 100000% will be recommending this to everyone that I know that is traveling to Las Vegas! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
Love the show all the Queens were fabulous. Great entertainment when you visiting Vegas. A must see show if you want to have fun.
This was a Christmas gift for my significant other who loves the show and she loved it! I don't watch the show but that didn't take away from enjoying every minute of it! Highly recommend it!
RuPaul's Drag Race LIVE was a very entertaining show! ✨💃🏻💃🏽💃🏿 🪩 ✨ A Flamingo Hotel & Casino concert residency show, it's based on the Emmy Award-winning competition reality show. 🦩 It has a cast that rotates in and out throughout the year. On January 3, 2025, we were treated to divine performances by Asia O'Hara, Derrick Barry, Jaida Essence Hall, Lawrence Chaney & Kennedy Davenport. 🎭 The dancers, called 'The Pit Crew', gyrated to the screaming audiences delight as well! Overall, wonderfully entertaining & funny, as a proper drag show should be! 🕺🎶
The seating layout of the venue was not clear when choosing seats that would’ve been helpful to determine the best seats for my travel companion and I. We’re both lovers of the show and all in all had a really great time! It would also be nice if there was a table service for cocktails

This bucket list experience was everything I wanted it to be and more. The Queens are beautiful and the production quality is 12 out of 10!!
I bought better seats than where I ended up being placed. Never got sold good seats and given worse. Show was good from what I was able to see but that was very little.
Staff was friendly. Drag queens were funny and look beautiful. Better tan some real females

The show is real simple, lots of lip syncs! The costume are amazing and Asia look like 1.000.000$, changing et every single chances she has! 🫶🫶🫶 Super fun to see the Queen from TV performance!
