RPI skated faster, played much better defense and seemed more energetic the entire game.
It was such a good game. The TU is a great venue for any kind of event. The energy from the crowd is contagious and the venue is small enough that the excitement doesn't get diffused and dispersed. The concessions are regular, but you won't even want to leave the area to go buy something. I just wish there was a more defined student section
Game was exciting. Is this supposed to be a neutral site game? If so, then why is the RPI PA announcer allowed to do his schtick where he mumbles the penalty call against opponent so the RPI frat boys can yell "sucking"?? It's bad enough at the RPI fieldhouse; it shouldn't be allowed at the TUC, if this is indeed a neutral site game. Same for the RPI airhorn when they score. It's gotta go! Classless! See ya next year.
Seats were great and game was competitive. Was very put off by trying to be induced to purchase insurance for $14 for seats that cost less than $40 including taxes ? This equates to a premium of 35% for coverage for a single day!!
Best entertainment value in the capital district area!
