The only drawback to this concert was Colt Ford, I'm sorry RAP is NOT COUNTRY! Didn't like him, won't go see him again. The rest of the performers were outstanding, I had the best time I've had in years.
This was a bad a** event and I could have rocked with the guys ALL NIGHT!!!!! I have grown up on hank and he is the best and alway will be!!!!
We left early for the show but unfortunately traffic was horrible and we sat in line at the exit to go 1.7 miles for 2.5hrs. Due to the state fair going on at the same time the concert was. So therefore we missed Colt Ford and Josh Thompson. Majority of the crowd missed them so I felt out of courtesy for the fans that Colt Ford should have come back out either in between Jamey and Hank or at the end.
The concert was great, what I saw of it. We missed Colt Ford and Josh Thompson because of the terrible traffic. I live 49 miles from RBC. I left my home at 5:15 pm and finally arrived at RBC at 8:30. This is ABSURD! State Fair traffic is no excuse. If you can't handle the traffic, don't plan an event at the same time as the fair. Hank Jr. and Jamey Johnson were awesome!! Would go again, but not at RBC!
The sound effects were not good in the RBC Center. Could not understand what they were singing.
Had a blast...They all put on a great performance. Hope to see them in 2011.
Our ( Me, Jared, Paul,Nikki, Trisha, Jessica,Steven, Micah ) experience with the Hank Williams, Jamey Johnson , Colt Ford and Josh Thompson was the BEST !! My only complaint is that trying to get to the concert was HORRID, we booked a hotel with in about 5 minutes of the RBC Center, the concert started at 7pm so we planned on being there early, leaving about 5:40pm......we waited in traffic until 8:45 we completely missed Josh Thompson and Colt Ford, arrived just in time to see Jamey Johnson coming on stage, needless to say Raleigh should think twice before booking a concert like this at the same time a PLACE that they are having the state fair, come on now!!!!!!!!! We still had a blast....but it was very upsetting getting there so late and not having time to enjoy walking around etc. ...........
Well this is the second concert I have seen at the RBC center I saw Hank Jr a few years ago there. The concert sucked and far as sound quality for everyone before Hank. Then when He came on I could hear him pretty good. I could not understand 85% of what everybody else was singing and I had good seats one level up from the floor and to the right of the stage. I don't think I will go back to the RBC center for any other concerts.
I am old........been to a lot of concerts...this rates as one of the best ever....what a great group of rowdy friends...Bocephus was amazing....great energy......The true wagonmaster for all his rowdy friends!!!!!!!! 5 stars plus! ************************Love, Love....Loved it!!!

Over all I would rate two areas. I thought the RBC Center location was a good one. The staff was exceptional in their helpfulness and in trying to retain control over the crowds. They have my highest respect. I did have a problem with the sound system. When the performers were talking, you could not understand much of what was being said. Some of the songs were better, but not of Excellent standard. Jamey Johnson was great. He was talented, professional and gave a great performance. Pleas have him back. I would come to see him anytime he is scheduled. Josh Thompson was good. He was talented, professonal and his performance was good. I would come to see him if he came back in a concert with another headliner. Colt Ford - Too abrasive for my taste. Did not like his music overall. Would not come back to see him. Hank Williams Jr. - What can you say? His performance was so-s and lack-luster. . For his abilities and talent his performance lacked a lot. I was disappointed. Would not come back to see him again. I respect him for his talent and that stands alone for him. His performance needs some improvement. But... He is Hank and I am sure he doesn't see it that way. Maybe I am just not Rowdy enough for his concerts. I will continue listening to his music, but will not see him in concert again.

the 3hours it took to reach the RBC center from Glenwood Ave. started the night out on a low. Straight misreable experince getting to concert, and arrived late missing the first artist. Note: to all never attend any event in Raleigh while the fair is here. The concert was okay. enjoyed the rest of the show.
It was wonderful.I really enjoyed it when hank was playing the fiddle
over all awsome show. Jamey Johnson was out of this world! Hank would be 50% better if he would sing a song all the way thru. He was still amazing.
was an AWESOME concert. however the RBC center needs to get their act together. the entire place smelled of rotten eggs. ugh! besides the smell colt ford jamey johnson and hank were amazing. loved josh thompson too!
Driving 8hrs from FL to NC just to see this concert was worth every penny. Jamey blew my mind w/ the song list he chose and seeing Hank was unforgettable. What a show all the boys put on.
IT WAS A TOTTALLY AWESOME SHOW. HANK JR. ROCKED THE PLACE. BEST SHOW IN A WHILE.
Show was awesome. Hated the fact that everyone stands up and I can't see cause I am so short. Too many drunks threw up and passed out. Yuck! Staff was awesome cleaning up and trying to control the crowds.
show was okay, hank kept jumping around and only played a couple songs through... hank was somewhat sporadic, throwing the band off at times
