The Last Rose Bowl
by Wolverine Forever on 1/4/24Rose Bowl - PasadenaRating: 4 out of 5No more….the Rose Bowl may consider itself the ‘Grandaddy’ of them all, but this venue needs to be put to pasture for their inability and unwillingness to manage even a small crowd of 96k. Getting out of the stadium is at best an effort in futility, taking nearly 1 1/2 hours just to get to a shuttle bus. So-called event staff were useless and frequently rude. At The Big House, crowds of 15,000 more than were in the Rose Bowl easily leave the stadium; crowd management is focused and efficient. Not so at the Rose Bowl. Should Michigan return, this 25 year season ticket holder will watch on TV.
