    Roots & Boots

by Rideo on 4/8/13IP Casino Resort and Spa - Biloxi

Aaron Tippin, Sammy Kershaw, and Joe Diffie put on quite a show. They had as much fun as the audience. They took turns singing their hits with quite a bit of banter between songs. They truly entertained with the music and the talk. They did not disappoint and each one put his all into the music. There was lots of audience participation! The audience loved them. Band was great also. Once again, the sound at IP is not the greatest (wording unclear at times) and the video screens are bad. All in all it was enjoyable with the group getting 5 stars and the IP one.

    Magnolia Dissappointed

by Msbhavin on 4/8/13IP Casino Resort and Spa - Biloxi

The concert itself was fabulous! on the other hand the seats were'nt where they were indicated on line. couldn't see all of the musicians. The worst of all was the people in the back of us was so loud when Sammy, Aaron. and Joe were talking on stage that you couldn't hear them. People were constantly standing and we couldn't see the entertainers. The whole arrangement of this was horrific. Much better arrangements at Hard Rock. so no I will not be back. Will continue to go to Hard Rock. Ya'll need to take lessons from them. By the way, there was a lot of people that sat around us that are not coming back. A lot of talk about that on the way out.

    Real Country...Real men

by AJGIESTING on 3/25/13Rising Star Casino Resort - Rising Sun

Awesome perfomance with some of their biggest hits! They all were on the stage together and joking around between songs. We loved the atmosphere and music. Would definately go again.

    Roots & Boots

by AZGirl1949 on 3/18/13Chandler Center for the Arts - Chandler

Don't know if it was the acoustics, the sound system or just the location of my seats but while the 3 men were talking between songs and even while singing, it was hard to understand what they were saying. I thought it was just because I wear hearing aides but my companion said the same thing. This is a relatively new venue so I'm not sure what the problem was but I wasn't the only person who couldn't understand. Sometimes they would have to get to the chorus of a song before I knew what they were singing. Did enjoy the meet & greet after the show. Wish more people would do this. I know it takes up their time, they're maybe tired & want to head down the road but for some of us, this is the only chance we'll ever have to meet them in person & tell them we enjoy their music.

THERE WERE 3 PERFORMERS. THEY DID NOT SING MUCH , LOTS OF TALKING. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SHOW. THEY HAVE HAD LOTS OF GOOD MUSIC. WHY DIDN'T THEY SING MORE. THEY HAD A FULL HOUSE. THE SHOW WAS SHORT ON TIME AND ENTERTAINMENT.

    Three times the amazing!

by tpcgloria on 3/18/13Chandler Center for the Arts - Chandler

Concerts at the Chandler Center for the Arts are great, because the center is smaller and every seat is a "good seat". Aaron Tippin, Sammy Kershaw, and Joe Diffie. Any one of them alone would be a great concert. All three was amazing. Smaller stage, no fancy light show or big band. It was all about the songs. The musicians were very personable and shared with the audience between every song. Definitely a must see for a country music fan. But wait, there's more. After the show ended and the audience had started filing out, the artists came back and sang a song together. They announced a new CD coming soon!

    An Entertaining and Fun Event

by Broncobillyaz on 3/18/13Chandler Center for the Arts - Chandler

Sammy Kershaw, Joe Diffie, and Aaron Tippin are great performers - warm and full of fun. Add their musical talents and their performance was wonderful. Hope they return next year.

    More songs, less talk

by HOTS3 on 3/18/13Chandler Center for the Arts - Chandler

While their stories were enjoyable and interesting, I think they overall talked too much. They have too many hits that were not sung, so adding a few more would be great and if they have to talk less to do it, I would prefer more songs.

    roots and boots--totally forgetable!

by bullferd on 3/18/13Chandler Center for the Arts - Chandler

Way too much talk. Not enough music--which was what I came for. Left at intermission.

    This was an outstanding concert!!

by Anonymous on 3/18/13Chandler Center for the Arts - Chandler

These three men still know how to play and get the crowd excited. The acoustic concert was a nice surprise. I love how they would tease each other back and forth and made the night very extertaining. I will absolutely go see them again and would highly recommend this concert to anyone!! They all still look and sound great!!

    Roots and Boots so-so

by Pudmonti on 3/18/13Chandler Center for the Arts - Chandler

Glad they start exactly on time. More concerts need to do that. With all the hits among them, I was expecting more singing and less verbal give-and-take (which wasn't that entertaining) They could use some writers help for the verbage. Was rather short....an hour and 50 minutes with an intermission. Most single performers go longer than that.

    Roots and Boots

    by grandma2lily on 9/4/12Casino - Snoqualimie

I feel like it was a let down. I understand why Joe Diffie was late and thank him for even showing up. It was not worth the three hour drive to get there nor the ticket price I paid to see them. They were barely on stage for an hour. I was really dissappointed! The music what there was of it was great and loved it but the quantity was lacking and would like to get a refund!

Roots & Boots more then music

by Vetts on 9/3/12Snoqualmie Casino-Mountain View Plaza - Snoqualmie

Went totally expecting the wonderful musis these 3 musicians can perform, and it was everything I expected and more. They are also comedians (mostly at Joe's expense). New groups are good, but they can be loud. These know how to sing without screaming over the band.

    Magnificent!!!!!

by jimberton on 8/20/12Black Bear Casino Resort - Carlton

When I saw that there were no drumsets on stage...I thought "OH No! An unplugged acoustic event!!...i immediately felt disappointed. When it started, that feeling went away. those 3 guys (Sammy, Aaron, Joe) were above the top awesome. The crowd was great. the venue was great. I left feeling like this was one of the best concerts I ever went to. i highly recommend this concert to anyone wanting to see a top shelf set of acts. It was amazing to see the numbers of 20-30 year olds that sang out every word on almost every song.....even though most of the songs were probably older than they were.

    Roots & Boots Show

by angellady on 8/20/12Black Bear Casino Resort - Carlton

Enjoyed the music --- could have had a bit less talk and interaction with the crowd - was funny to a point --- however some people drink more than they should at the show and make fools of themselves -- loud gal behind me hurt my ears and heard her over the one singing on stage most of the time.... had more issues with crowd control and with the people on stage - great time otherwise -- just not liking the way some people act when they should be grown up...
