  • Excellent Concert

by TLoMomtoACJALo on 11/12/24Family Arena - Saint CharlesRating: 5 out of 5

This was a GREAT concert! I loved the way all 3 artists were on stage at the beginning and at the end singing together. They are all great showmen and it was wonderful the way they shared stories as a part of their songs. I would go to see them again and again!!

  • Disappointed

by Michael on 11/12/24Family Arena - Saint CharlesRating: 3 out of 5

We excitedly awaited Roots & Boots as they are three of my favorite country performers. I spent a lot of money to get what I thought would be good seats. While the seats were very close, view was broken by a line of cords coming down. The sound was so loud that the words became so distorted that the songs were half over before we realized the song they were doing. The show was very short, but there was no intermission, so that was nice.

  • Great concert.

Acoustics were terrible! Had a hard time hearing the actual words

  • I wish I would have known

by Danny on 11/12/24Family Arena - Saint CharlesRating: 3 out of 5

There was only one merch table and you wouldn't know unless you came through the gate that it was set up in front of. The selection of merch was sad! The performances were great but to pay what some did for seats the show should really have been more than 90 minutes!! If that was the planned time then it should have been posted like hey this is a short one! For a bucket list concert it was kind of disappointing.

  • Classic 90's Country

by Sarge 1 on 11/12/24Family Arena - Saint CharlesRating: 5 out of 5

I'll be honest, I had a preconceived notion going into the concert. It did not unfold as I expected and that made it awesome! From the rotation of artists (who would open/close), referencing the election, highlighting veterans, pushing the Trump narrative-they did none of that. Something else that stood out to me, the collaboration amongst the three to sing with one another, including covers of their favorite songs. Their solo efforts were just as impressive, the vocal quality is still high, the crowd interaction, and the lack of rotating stage equipment between artists allowed the concert to flow without interruption. We'll definitely go again. Fellas keep on singing and staying committed to 90’s Country.

  • AWESOME

by Kat on 11/12/24Family Arena - Saint CharlesRating: 5 out of 5

In one word the concert was AWESOME!! My husband, sister and I had a fantastic time! Our seating location was perfect for us. If they're coming back next year, we will definitely be there!

  • Don't hide those beautiful voices

by WeirdWanda on 11/12/24Family Arena - Saint CharlesRating: 3 out of 5

I love these guys and wish them the best. They each have a beautiful voice and are extremely talented. But the band was so loud that you could not hear them sing. I do believe at $120 per ticket that 90 minutes was cutting it short for 3 people performing. Most of us came to hear the songs that were hits. Too much time on songs/dialogue that may have been important to them but not to the audience.

  • Very Disappointed, Poor sound/voice mix

by Boom on 11/12/24Family Arena - Saint CharlesRating: 2 out of 5

We were very disappointed in this show. The show had 3 performers. You usually see the first 2 come in and sing their hits and then the headliner comes in. The first problem, the guitars and drums were so loud the voices sound as if they were in the background most of the show. Instead of a typical show, the entire show lasted 1 1/2 hours. Each of the 3 singers sang about 4-5 songs. We were expecting Collin Raye to be the headliner and sing at least 10 songs or more. He has so many good songs. He sang 4 or 5 and then the trio sang a couple of other peoples songs together. Considering the price of the tickets this concert should have lasted like a typical concert of about 2 1/2 hours. This would have allowed a proper time for all 3 singers and given the audience a more normal show with a full concert of their best songs and allowed the band to properly tune the sound.

  • Collin Raye fan

by Collin Raye fan on 11/12/24Family Arena - Saint CharlesRating: 4 out of 5

I enjoyed all three artists, but as Collin Raye was the most successful of the three and as he is among my all-time favorite artists, I think he should have had a longer set than the others.

  • These boys still have it!!

by DocVon on 11/12/24Family Arena - Saint CharlesRating: 5 out of 5

These guys still sound great. They roll out the hits and a few covers. They definitely transport the audience back to the 90s. Only complaint is that I want more! I could’ve listened to these guys play must for several more hours. The tribute to Joe Diffie was very nice. They did an awesome job covering 3rd Rock from the Sun.

  • Fantastic

  • Good but Short

by Wolfe on 11/12/24Family Arena - Saint CharlesRating: 3 out of 5

The three artists sounded great and the music was a fun throwback to the 90’s, but the entire concert lasted 90 minutes. That was the most disappointing part, especially since tickets were not cheap. This was one of the more expensive concerts of the 26 I attended this year, and for it to only last 90 minutes was surprising.

  • Great show

Such a fantastic concert! They were all wonderful! I want to retire and become a Roots and Boots groupie! I was reminded of my love for Collin Raye and his beautiful voice and awesome presence. I got home and pulled out all of my cassette tapes and CDs of his! Attending this concert and singing along to ALL of the songs was truly the most fun I have had in years! Bring them back as often as possible!
