My husband and I thought Ronny was fantastic! The time flew by too quickly! We also enjoyed his interactions with the audience, especially in regards to what the city was known for.

  • Great comedian! Venue ok

by Sumrdey on 10/21/24San Jose Center for the Performing Arts - San JoseRating: 4 out of 5

Ronny Chieng was funny! I am glad I finally got to see him. Unfortunately, at the Center for the Performing Arts in San Jose, they let people arrive pretty late. The 2 couples who sat in front of us were talking and one person was on her cell phone texting. Before the show, the audience is told about etiquette: no talking, put away cell phones. I doubt it would have mattered anyway, but the people in front of us missed that info. Also, one of the men got up several times to use the restroom. I suspect he was drunk. Although we enjoyed Ronny Chieng’s performance, the people in front of us were distracting and really affected our experience making it less enjoyable. It would be great if people who arrive late are either not allowed in or are monitored regarding their behavior.
