    Ronnie Milsap Still Going Strong

by Stealth1iam on 1/18/10San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino - Highland

Although I am not exactly a Country music fan, I got the tickets for my wife's entertainment. That being said, I, along with my wife, did enjoy the concert very much. The band was very entertaining and Ronnie is an excellent singer, much to my discovery! The concert was just the right length and not too loud. We had pretty good seats and (except for the cowboy hats, that are hard to see around) my wife was able to see Ronnie most of the time. I'm glad I went with my wife to the concert. She enjoyed it very much.

    Ronnie was awesome

by Milsapfan on 1/17/10San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino - Highland

Ronnie Milsap sounds exactly like he does on radio, in person and on record. Very funny also, plays comedy with band members. Acknowledges the fans when they feel the need to yell out... Great concert... wish it was alittle longer

    Ronnie's a Legend!

by svtex on 1/15/10San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino - Highland

Maybe an Indian Casino isn't the ideal venue to see a living legend, but after Ronnie started singing hit after hit I soon forgot where I was. His voice is still amazing. I took a friend who had never heard of him - or so she thought. During at least half the songs she leaned over to say she had heard that one. My only complaint is that it could have gone on much longer. With 40 #1 hits (plus Stranger in my House), there were plenty of great songs he didn't get to - even with a medley of some of the best. Go see Ronnie!

Ronnie still has it going on

by jackson22 on 10/22/09Harrah's Chester Casino & Racetrack - Chester

I have seen Ronnie Milsap's concerts several other times. The first time I saw him, years ago, he was absolutely wonderful, and played for at least an 1:30 to 1:45 minutes. Last time I saw him he played at the Lancaster Host... he played about 30-45 minutes tops. It was good, what he played but a terrable let down. I was skeptic to come to see him this time, but decided to get tickets anyway. I could not get my brother to come along because of the Host concert. I would have liked more ofthe songs he sang, but understand that he has multi #1 hits to cover. I would have like to have heard more. His girl in the band was able to sing Patsy Cline, but he only had her sing one of them, would have enjoyed another one. My favorite part of the night was the Doo-op accapella. I could have listened to another song or two form the group. They are very talented, and Ronnie still has a great voice after all these years. Everyone had a great seat, but sitting on the side of him, I had the lights from the guy sitting and listening and setting sound, in our eyes.

I thought that Ronnie Milshap was excellent. His voice is still as good as it was 20 years ago.

The show was great. His voice hasn't changed or faded. I would have liked him to sing a longer version of the popular songs, but overall the setlist was well designed.

    ronnie milsap

by tabreezia on 10/19/09Harrah's Chester Casino & Racetrack - Chester

We had a very good time. It was comfortable seating. The only problem I had, myself, was that the reflection of the spotlight, in the clear partition in front of the drummer, was like having a driver coming towards you with their bright lights on. Other than that I had a fantastic time. Very good evening

    ronnie can do better

by jojo54 on 10/18/09Harrah's Chester Casino & Racetrack - Chester

Ronnie milsap is one of the greatest singers ever!!! This show was too much talk and not enough singing. His voice is still great after all these years but we went to hear Ronnie Milsap songs not Elvis, Doo Wop and Patsy Cline. We were disappointed to say the least

Ronny Milsap was better than ever

by windermere on 10/18/09Harrah's Chester Casino & Racetrack - Chester

Haven't seen this performer in 15 years and he is as good, if not better than ever. At 64 his voice is unbelievable strong and clear.Preferrably he did mostly his old songs and preferrably most of the slower ballad type. It was nostalgic. It was great. As usual he joked about being blind and still had that great connection with the audience he always had. I would definitely recommend his show and will keep him on my must see list again from now on.

Ronnie Milsap played a great show

    by 123amius on 8/10/09Billy Bob's - Fort Worth

This was my first time to visit Billy Bob's and that place was huge! I'm not a big country-western person, but I LOVE older country music and that's why I went to see Ronnie Milsap. Couldn't believe that he was still putting on shows, and knew this would probably be my last change to go. He put on a great show and glad I was able to attend.

by bandido on 8/10/09Billy Bob's - Fort Worth

Ronnie Milsap was outstanding. He is amazing. He plays and sings his music with such power. He has not changed in years. I have watched him in concert several times and I still enjoy his music tremendously. Fans are obviously delighted with him cause they pack the concert halls. He should play forever. Class act!

Still has it (after all these years)!

by TexasRoadRunner on 8/10/09Billy Bob's - Fort Worth

With 40 #1 hit records under his belt, Ronnie certainly doesn't NEED to tour. Sorta makes you wonder why he does - but once you sit there and hear his voice and watch the crowd give him standing ovations, you realize that there is a shared love between the fans and Ronnie! I think it is Ronnie's way of paying back the years of support from fans who truly find meaning in his songs: What a Difference You've Made in My Life - truly written to thank fans was great! As were True Love, and my personal favorite: I Wouldn't Have Missed it for the World. The voice has lost very little (he did avoid holding the high notes a bit...but it was hardly noticed). The acapello Doo-Wop performance with the band members was perfectly harmonized and enthusiastically received by fans - enjoyable to the max! This show and trip down memory lane with a GREAT performer was worth twice the money! GREAT

    Awesome performance by Ronnie Milsap!!!

by ernieeubanks on 8/10/09Billy Bob's - Fort Worth

Ronnie put on an incredible show as always at Billy Bob on Saturday August 8th. The band was smoking hot and rocked the house. In addition to his regular songs he plays he also sang Button off of my shirt and Earthquake. The crowd was on their feet after every song and an excellent time was had by all.
