The organizers did a great job with the unpredictability of the weather and did good to accommodate on friday, when the wind came and let everybody back in a a timely fashion, not asking to review tickets. . The should have posted on Sunday on facebook or the Ticket master website that it was moved to Ford Hall as many people thought it was cancelled.
Sunday: yes it was raining, but we were not informed of a location change. Where we turned up and asked security they said it’s inside. April Wine did y play and all the stage hand announced was they were MIA!!! No further communication. Poorly executed
The only thing we were not aware of were to bring our own lawn chairs. Which is a great option. We just did not know to do that.
there were only 2 food trucks on friday night... very disappointing! We came right from work thinking there would be a few options available, but only a Mini donuts truck & Indian/hamburger truck.... would be nice if there were more next time. but other than that, we had a great time. The company handled the bad weather very well and got everyone out in a timely manner. I will definitely go again!
Brought me back to the 80's so it was major fun. Could have done without the rain though. Wish concerts would be indoors. I've attended other outdoor concerts and it always rained. Other than that it was excellent.
