by d. on 6/11/19Clowes Memorial Hall - Indianapolis

I saw this show years ago and loved it, especially the music! I said if it came back it would be a great girls night out and it was. I took my daughter, stepdaughter, daughter in law, granddaughter and my step sons girlfriend and we had the best time!!! I would see it again!

    Rock All Night!

    by S. T. on 6/11/19Clowes Memorial Hall - Indianapolis

This show is amazing. The music is fantastic - a true blast from the 80's. The cast, costumes, and story are all wonderful. I only wish it would last longer. We were dancing in our seats. Hope it comes again soon so we can go again.

    It was OK.

    by D. F. on 6/10/19Clowes Memorial Hall - Indianapolis

Saw this show about 6 years ago and it was awesome. I was really looking forward to another great performance but kind of disappointed. The sets were a far cry from what I remember and the cast was just ok. Great music and vocals but I had a hard time believing Tracey Jaxx really likes girls. It felt like the little rascals got together and said Let’s put on a show.

We enjoyed the show!! The music was fabulous!! The venue wasn’t full, which was too bad for those that chose not to attend. They missed a great show!

    Awesome 80’s Rock!!

by D. on 6/10/19Clowes Memorial Hall - Indianapolis

This show was phenomenal! The music, and use of it in the show, was terrific. The crowd could barely contain themselves from singing and jamming right along with the cast. Definitely would see again.

by Irishgal777 on 4/6/19Rochester Auditorium Theatre - Rochester

Just a great musical with great 80s songs with a wonderful story, all actors were so great especially the narrator and Stacee. The narrator was the star but all very very talented! I want to see it again!

    Great fun!

by Scubachick18 on 4/6/19Rochester Auditorium Theatre - Rochester

I have seen Rock of Ages on stage before and loved it. I was really impressed with the stripped down sets and production and how well it all worked. The costuming was pure 1982 and most of the singing was very good. The band was fantastic! We were highly entertained!

    Unexpected Surprise

by 120748 on 4/9/14Shea's Performing Arts Center - Buffalo

This is a fun show, it is a funny show played strictly for laughs. The acting is deliberately over the top which adds to the comedic effect. The bawdy humor is reminiscent of the old burlesque days. The singing and choreography are top notch. The band was excellent and did their best to play the songs as close to the originals as possible. This is the same touring production company that played here last year. The cast was a mix of new faces and holdovers from last year; but despite the changes they turned in another sterling performance. Well done.

    not like the movie

by hollybeth123 on 4/4/14Shea's Performing Arts Center - Buffalo

It was good but we wished we had taken friends it does depend on audience how much you will rock out. Our audience was on the older more subdued side. Don't watch movie before you go if you haven't already.

    I waana Rock

by ThaDeuce on 4/4/14Shea's Performing Arts Center - Buffalo

Thin and predictable plot, but this play was about the music. Nothing like loud, in your face 80s rock. And a cast member proposed to his girlfriend on stage at the conclusion of the show to boot. All in all, a fabulous evening.

    Go See It!

by LydiaEvelyn612 on 4/4/14Shea's Performing Arts Center - Buffalo

I was so pleased with this show! I saw it once before in London, England and I absolutely loved it, so I was skeptical going into Shea's and seeing it with a different cast, however I was so happy with what I saw. It was friggen hilarious and so entertaining! I would definitely see it again!

    Fun

by RonBonJovi on 4/4/14Shea's Performing Arts Center - Buffalo

I had no idea what to expect. I took my 11 year old son because he seems to like the 80's music. There was some adult language, gestures, and scantily dressed women that made this show a PG-13 rating. Overall, we enjoyed the music/story and I have no regrets in buying tickets and bringing my 11 year old son. I was a fun family night out.
