What a blast! First hockey playoff game was lit! Great family atmosphere & pretty good seats for reasonable price. Love Rochester Americans Hockey but playoff hockey is incredible!

Game was great but the parking took over an hour to get in and an hour getting out . Only 1 person taking money and she was brutally slow …

You need to have more stand alone beer stalls. The lines were too long. Also you ran out of draft beer at the vendor l was at.

Blue cross arena was awesome as they accept cash as form of payment at all concession stands. Amerks game was awesome too.

Great game but cameraman was in the way setting section 204 couldn’t see a quarter of the ice

We had a blast at the game. The Amerks are exciting to watch and you can’t beat the prices for tickets and food. The Blue Cross Arena is a great venue. If you want a fun night out at a good price go to a game and support the Amerks!!

The event was packed and I scored some great seats. Even though they lost by 1 it was a good game. Not bad to grab food before the game also.

The game was great, the atmosphere was fun and most of all, the staff was awesome-one if my party left their phone in the arena, after the game we explained this to a security guard who politely escorted us to our seats and helped us get the phone back. Thank you!

Everything was great except it was way too loud for that small of an area.

Great seats, good game. The quality and selection at the concessions was not great. I've had better at A level baseball games. With all the quality places to eat in Rochester, why do the conessions suck?

I've never been to a professional ice hockey game. I've been to college matches. So, it was absolutely exciting to see the speed, power, formation, pack handling, and the skating skills of the professional level all in one! Absolutely awesome!! It was also great that Amerks won with a flying color, but even without it, it was a fantastic night. I actually felt so privileged to be able to see the game. Since I'm not too versed in the rules, it would've been nice if there's some explanations given for each play - sometimes it was hard to figure out what was going on. But I'd definitely go to see Amerks, again & again!

The Amerks and Laval Rockets provided an exciting game. But the sound system was ear-piercingly loud, announcements difficult to understand; the seats are tight and have no legroom and in my row most of the cupholders were missing; the quality and variety of food options is abysmal (so I skipped that). Even security was absurd: three passes through the machine with pockets entirely empty before the guy with the wand decided the issue was my coat zipper. You guys should walk five blocks over and pay attention to how the Red Wings run a venue.

Great game! Exciting finish, despite the outcome. Great venue. Friendly people.

We have not been to a hockey game in close to 20 years. I do not remember it being this much fun. The game was great. Entertaining, intense and interactive. The die hard fans added to the entertainment. We plan to come to another game soon. Highly recommended!
