Robin played a great set. Lots of the old favorites and a few newer tunes. He is again traveling with Davey Pattison who dose a wonderful job at producing the Robin Trower sound filling in for the late James Dewer. They played songs form the early days, For Earth Below, Day of the Eagle, Little Bit of Sympathy, Hanna, Too Rolling Stoned, Victims of the Fury, Bridge of Sighs and several more. I espically enjoyed hearing Somebodys Calling from the In City Dreams album, I have always liked that one. The Snogualmie Casino is beautiful and the ballroom is a small venue to a close up experience. The sound could have been tuned better, the bass was muddy and echo was strong. The ballroom is flat and the stage only 4 foot high, so from the back it can be difficult to see. There were several very excited fans, some that had had to much to drink before the concert. I was near the back and the group behind me was the last row in front of the sound booth and they stood up and screamed like teenagers the whole concert, even though they were probably in there 40s. They kept bumping me and my chair making the concert less than perfect. Nothing was done to restain them by the casino. Most of the crowd was in their 40s or 50s and were there to hear the music so overall the crowd was good, I was just in a bad location.
