An accomplished actress, screenwriter, best-selling author and comedian, Rudner’s witty and elegant material has earned her national acclaim and awards. A frequent guest on both “Late Night with David Letterman” and “The Tonight Show” in the early ‘90s, Rudner also appeared often on HBO. Her first HBO special, “Rita Rudner’s One Night Stand,” was nominated for several awards, as was her English BBC television show which later appeared on A&E. In 2008, “Rita Rudner: Live From Las Vegas” was PBS’s first ever stand-up comedy special.

Rita Rudner was on stage for an hour. I enjoyed every minute of her fresh, relevant and sharp humor. After a brief intermission Robert Klein went on stage and was wonderfully entertaining. His humor and music were great. The Parker is a wonderful theater. Seats are all comfortable and access is easy. We all had a great time.
Rita Rudner was excellent. There wasn't a joke that didn't hit. Her great dead pan delivery is still wonderful. Different from most comedians, she didn't need foul language!
Rita Rudner's performance was delightful from the moment she stepped on stage until the end. She combines wit, humor, warmth, sweetness, innocence and reality in her comedy. We laughed throughout the evening until our cheeks hurt from all the exercise.
My husband and I enjoyed Rita Rudner's show. She is always LOL funny with her quick fire commentary. Her humor is topical, and never blue. The venue should have cut off the bar sales before the show started, as the bar was just a few feet from Ms. Rudner, and people weren't quiet waiting in the bar line for drinks.
We had a wonderful night last Friday enjoying Rita's unique brand of humor. It is such a pleasure to laugh again! We so appreciate the fact that she has us giggling and chuckling without having to resort to four letter words.
Loved the small venue, and able to have drinks in your seat. Will definitely be back to see more shows!!!
She was perfect as always but now that I’m older the sound system could have been louder.
What an enjoyable event. Laughed my head off. She had clean family jokes. She was excellent. Thanks for the smiled and laughter.
My jaw was hurting from laughing....no kidding! I went to her website to see where else she might be performing so I could take some others but she doesn't have many shows left this year...4-5. I'll have to wait. I would strongly recommend.
Venue was small and intimate, perfect to see Rita Rudner. She is still “killin’ it” with her style of observational humor. A wonderful evening!
We also saw Rita perform 25 years ago. We enjoyed it then and we thoroughly enjoyed it Saturday. It was a wonderful evening of laughter, and reflection!
From the moment I stepped into the Scherr Forum (which I didn’t even know was there), I knew it was going to be a terrific evening and Rita Rudner did not disappoint! She looked lovely in her chiffon evening gown and started her comedy at such a high level, I wondered if she could keep it up. However, she had me laughing out loud for the entire evening. Her adorable daughter started out the evening with two songs and brought a family warmth with her! Rita went into her schtick which included a little family history and a lot of everyday things delivered perfectly in a way that seemed to have the audience rolling on the floor. All in all, it was an extremely lovely way to spend an evening!
Ms. Rudner was just plain funny. Seriously funny. She mixes some of her tried-and-true shticks with new and fresh material, and the result is over an hour of laugh-out-loud comedy. And she works clean! No profanity. No explicit sexual talk. Just funny observational humor. It's a pleasure to watch a professional at the top of their game, and Rita Rudner, after all these years, is still at the top of her game. Go. See. Her. You won't be disappointed.
Rita’s daughter Molly Bergman opened, very enjoyable, great talent. You will hear from her in the near future! Rita was on top of her game, sharp wit and perfect timing. Engaged the audience and closed by throwing new material at us for “our opinion”, The show was top-notch start to finish. Hope to see here again soon.
Her performance is hilarious, her timing impeccable --- my face and ribs hurt from laughing. We saw her many years ago in Vegas --- she's still got it. And -- her daughter, a singer/song writer, was her opening act -- very good young woman (15yo).
Rita Rudner put on a one and a half hour stellar performance. Some of the material was not so fresh as it comes from older routines but overall a very enjoyable and funny performance. The price of $15 was very reasonable however it rose to over #30 when Ticketmaster added in their various fees. There was something wrong with the seating charts also since we had to get tickets in the back since all the front was sold out but at the actual show we were behind whole empty sections. Ticketmaster provided a very poor service at a high price.
Rita Rudner is amazing! Her 90 minute show was hilarious! I laughed all throughout! She has such an amusing take on every day life, and it is good, clean humor. I recommend her show for all ages!
This was the third time we saw Rita and thoroughly enjoyed her show. Her one liners always produce many laughs. Glad to see she is still performing and still enjoying her work. Will most likely see her again on her next Vegas stint.
Laughed so hard at times I was crying! Saw her in the late eighties with Louie Anderson and she's as funny now as she was then. Very glad we went.
