    Zing Zang Zoom

by cspencle on 11/16/10The Palace of Auburn Hills - Auburn Hills

The circus was a lot of fun for my 10 year old daughter but could have been better. There was very little use of animals in the circus(too much dancing). Also, we arrived early to see the preshow magic/animals. Every time my daughter went to try/see something, the event closed. We first got in a very long line for the tightrope. We waited 20 minutes and got to the front of the line and they closed it for another event. So we went over to try on some circus clothes and there were so many people waiting that we ended up being sent to our seats because the show was going to start. Overall we had fun, but it was not really worth the money we spent. Accessible accomidations were subpar as well.

    Good value for the money.

by RockininYale on 11/16/10The Palace of Auburn Hills - Auburn Hills

I took my 3 year old nephews and my 11 year old daughter. It was probably an hour too long for the boys. I was disappointed that were not more animal acts. The dancing and trapeez work was too boring for the boys. My daughter enjoyed the horses the most. The protesting outside of the event location was a complete turn off also.

    Tiger Tamer needs protection

by NervousCircusGoer on 11/16/10The Palace of Auburn Hills - Auburn Hills

During our performance of the circus, the tigers became uncontrollable. Two tigers began fighting. And, one was climbing up the curtain cage trying to escape. I understand sometimes things are done as part of the "performance excitement" but I truely believe this was NOT suppose to happen. All I could think about was the safety of the tamer enclosed in this cage with 13 unruley tigers. If Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey is listening...couldn't you put acrobatic harness on this guy? Should things go terribly wrong, pull him safely into the air away from the tiger's reach.

    My daughter loved it!

by aniag73 on 11/16/10The Palace of Auburn Hills - Auburn Hills

We had very good seats to start with. 5th row from the floor. Me and my friend both took our daughters and they had a great time! They loved the cute little dogs and the elephants and of course the lions. The lions are my favorite too! The only complaint either one of us has, is why they charge SO much money for all of the extras. It really makes it hard to go if you can't afford all of that stuff. I wish that they would think about the families that can't go just because of that! Everyone can't afford to bring all their kids and have to buy them each a $12 cotton candy!! Someone needs to address this! It's almost a crime! Other than that, it was great and I'm sure we'll be back again next year. Maybe they can cut the prcing down a bit!!

You had motorcycles last year and the grandchildren really loved them and kept asking me "when are the motorcycles coming on?" We really missed them this year.

Celebrity seating not worth it for this show

by Circusfan1110 on 11/16/10The Palace of Auburn Hills - Auburn Hills

This was the 3rd year going to the circus. Last year, the people who had "Celebrity Seating" tickets got to ride around in cars on the arena floor and really got to be part of the show. My daughter (now age 6) wanted so badly to do this that I sprung for the tickets this year and they did not do anything like that. We got moved at a certain point in the show because our seats were directly under where they were going to do the high wire act and we got to sit on bleachers set up at the end of the arena. My daughter and I kept waiting and waiting for the part where we got to be part of the show (as the "Celebrity Seating" ticket holders got to be last year and as it's stated for the description of these seats), but that never happened. Sitting right next to the events and being part of them are two totally different things. I know they switch things up from show to show, but this was really disappointing and totally not worth the addtional $$$$ I had to spend to get these seats. The circus was great as usual, but I would not recommend spending the extra money for the "Celebrity Seating" tickets for the Zing Zang Zoom show. BIG disappointment!!!!!

    animal shows were terrible

by mrsmooneyham on 11/16/10The Palace of Auburn Hills - Auburn Hills

I think it is time to give up the elephants, tigers and especially zebras. None of them wanted to be there and they all looked upset and mad. I have never in my life been upset about animals in a circus but let me tell you the Zebras were weird and the tigers were MAD and the ponies seemed confused. The only animal that they should have in shows is cute little dogs that LOVE to perform. The acrobats and other performances were FANTASTIC. So all in all keep the people get rid of the poor sad upset animals.

    Great circus show!!!

by FromMI on 11/16/10The Palace of Auburn Hills - Auburn Hills

Was a great show. The elephants were great. The human cannonball was amazing. The tigers put a good show. Hopefully the ringmaster was not hitting the tigers with the sticks he was holding. Some great stunts were done by people on ropes, jumping through fire, etc. The pre-show was also a nice event. It was great to be able to put on the circus costumes and have couple of good photo moments. Able to see jugglers and people doing all kind of stunts on the cloth hanging down was nice. All in all, a great show and my family and friends enjoyed it thoroughly.

    Amazing show

by renee0419 on 11/16/10The Palace of Auburn Hills - Auburn Hills

The show is great for kids over 4 years old. I loved it, but my daughter almost 3 years old couldn't take the loud music. She cried as did the other little kids. My son 10 years old loved it and so did his friends.

Great for all ages. Something for everything yet not too long. Concessions were outrageously priced so be prepared.

    Good show

by jdhertz on 11/16/10The Palace of Auburn Hills - Auburn Hills

The children enjoyed the show and so did I. It wasn't as good as last year's circus, but it was fun and worth the money and time.

    Perfect for all ages.

by s22mich on 11/16/10The Palace of Auburn Hills - Auburn Hills

Ringling brothers has always been a delight to go and see. I have not been to the circus in 20 years. I took my three year old nephew. We all loved it. The tricks and acts were traditional to the circus but still so fun to watch. I would love to go again next year.

    Zing Zang Zoom rocked!

by TrishJohnson on 11/15/10The Palace of Auburn Hills - Auburn Hills

We were in the front row and it was the greatest night of my 8-year-old son's life because Mr. Gravity "high-fived" him, the ringmaster winked at him and gave him a thumbs-up, and a clown actually stopped to speak with us before the show started! He was beyond happy. The only downside was that they were out of DVDs and we can't find them at the online store, or on EBay. He has already written to Santa that the DVD is all he wants - so please offer some more for sale! This was our 5th AWESOME circus.
