Boring for small children under 5

by Milly on 3/16/24UBS Arena - Belmont Park - Long Island

The show is mainly acrobatics and singing. This quickly lost the attention of a 4 and 3 year old. I even found myself nodding off. We left about 20 minutes into the second half because the kids were begging to use their iPads.

    Great Show!

by Liz K on 3/14/24UBS Arena - Belmont Park - Long Island

It’s definitely a great show! From Beginning to end it kept us entertained. I thought it was more geared for older kids but my 5 & 3 year old stayed entertained most of the time which was great. The performers were amazing!! Highly recommend going!!

    Seats

by Rae on 3/14/24UBS Arena - Belmont Park - Long Island

The show was great could’ve used more variety of kinds of acts or elements to keep the attention of anyone under 4 years old but the greatest part of the experience was the seats they were superb!

So sad how the circus is no longer a circus

by HK on 3/14/24UBS Arena - Belmont Park - Long Island

Not worth seeing, no more animals no more clowns, just typical acrobatic, circ de soliel style circus, the energy was low...really not happy, dont waste your time. The prices for coffee, snacks and souvenirs were astronomical too....

    AWESOME DISLAY OF TALENT

by QUE on 3/14/24UBS Arena - Belmont Park - Long Island

The circus was very, very good. The kids just loved all the acts, especially the cycles. We were looking for live animals but there were none. But overall, it was a great experience. And I must say that the dance contest with the robotic dog was on point. The songstress, the choice of songs, the cannonball shot; I can go on and on but there's not enough room. So let me say "AWESOME, WELL DONE, GO SEE IT. QUE

    It was ok

by Harry on 3/14/24UBS Arena - Belmont Park - Long Island

It was ok, but it is very difficult to watch everything as they often have 3 different acts going on at the same time at different ends of the floor

An ok experience ,just not the same

by Kpdel on 3/13/24UBS Arena - Belmont Park - Long Island

The sound system was a bit hard to hear the ringmaster... there was abit too much singing and not enough introduction about the acts. We also had a difficult time seeing with ao many people late ro sit down in their seats the first half hour their was almost constantly a group of people waiting for an usher to get them seated while they stood on the stairs blocking us from seeing g two rings to our right. The ushers should not let anyone wait on the stairs. There was no announcement telling people to get to their seats because the circus was starting. Maybe the food lines were so slow moving that they were stuck on line for 20 minutes into the show. I miss the animals too. It was as though they were trying to replace the animals with a sing along every ten minutes. Not a fan of that.

    Entertaining

by Luanne on 3/13/24UBS Arena - Belmont Park - Long Island

My granddaughters, ages 3 and 5, were very entertained by this new circus experience. They loved the acts and the music. Even though it was different from the original circus of my childhood memories, I think Ringling has done a great job reinventing this event. It was a wonderful family experience and UBS is a terrific arena.

    Circus no more

by GRUMPY V on 3/13/24UBS Arena - Belmont Park - Long Island

Truly very disappointed, the animal activists have ruined the greatest show on earth, Ringling Bros made it worse by eliminating the clowns. We dont need songs or cheesy indoor fireworks.

    Had a great timel

by Charlie on 3/13/24UBS Arena - Belmont Park - Long Island

Had a great time, with the 3 rings there was a little too much going on to take it all in. Overall a wonderful experience. Would go again.

    Not the same

by Toshi on 3/13/24UBS Arena - Belmont Park - Long Island

Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey presents The Greatest Show On Earth, should take off the last part of being the greatest show on earth. It was boring, my little one fell asleep. At one point there was too much going on at once that you did not know where to look at because they had three separate performance going on at once. There was no excitement like when growing up and the animals were apart of the show. Flip circus is better. Save your money and energy

    Nice to have them back

by Jon Zee on 3/13/24UBS Arena - Belmont Park - Long Island

Nice to have the ringling brothers back. Fun day activity for our family. Some parts were underwhelming and not like it used to be.

    Very enjoyable

by Grey Ghost on 3/13/24UBS Arena - Belmont Park - Long Island

I have been going to the circus since I was 7. The show was good but different without the animals. The acrobatic acts were amazing as well as the trapeze which was like nothing I had ever seen. The music was a little loud and I did not see a circus band like in the past. Unfortunately, I did not arrive until about 15 minutes before the show so I do not know if there was a pre-show where you could meet the performers like in the past All in all it was a good show and I look forward to the next time the circus is in town

    Disappointing

by Heartnsole on 3/13/24UBS Arena - Belmont Park - Long Island

My family & I were so disappointed in the Ringling Bros Circus. It had no pizzazz no clowns no ringmaster.. not what we expected. They need to rename it & save the Ringling Bros namesake

    Fell short of expectations

by Joan on 3/13/24UBS Arena - Belmont Park - Long Island

The performers were great. However, the overall event did not meet my expectations. There were no clowns or no animals that truly make this a spectacular event. Also, the prices for memorabilia is outrageous. The high price I paid for 5 seats (just short of $1,000) And the performance given was not worth the money.

    Not the greatest show ever

by Mya on 3/13/24UBS Arena - Belmont Park - Long Island

This show was so boring and confusing. They had different performances going on at the same time it different enda of the stage so you didnt know where to look as you were missing out one day or another. There are no clowns. It was like a knock off of cirque De solui. This show definitely needs to retire as it is not where near how it was growing up. I would not recommend this show to anyone. All that money spent on tickets for second rate show.

    Love the circus but

by Jj on 3/13/24UBS Arena - Belmont Park - Long Island

Love the circus, but Didn’t feel the circus Energy that it once used to have. No animals no motorcycle show trapeze small high wire was small area wasn’t even high up in the sky. Just not the same the Old Ringling Barnium & Bailey Circus. I didn’t mind spending the money, so hopefully it can help get this circus back to it where it once used to be.

    Good Show

by Suffolk on 3/13/24UBS Arena - Belmont Park - Long Island

Ringling Brothers put on a nice show, and my 5 year old enjoyed it. We sat in the 3rd row 221 section and the show was partially obstructed by the lights and the support structure lowered for the performers which I found annoying considering the tickets cost about $95 each. I would go again but get seats in the 100 section, hopefully the prices come down from the $165-185 area.
