    Not much fun

by Tracey on 4/30/24Amica Mutual Pavilion - Providence

It's a lot of money it is not the greatest show on Earth anymore. It is a song and dance. Felt like I was in a Disney movie with song and dance song and dance. If you're not on the right side of the arena you're not going to see the stuff trapeze went short couldn't even see the people on the tightrope very small area it was in couldn't understand what they were saying. My kid was bored!

    Worth the money

by Nick on 4/30/24Amica Mutual Pavilion - Providence

It’s been a while since I been to the circus last time I was there was the last days of them having the animals. Now it’s still a good show wish they through some clowns in there like how they used to have. But definitely a fun time to take the family.

    Overpriced

by Lauren on 4/30/24Amica Mutual Pavilion - Providence

The show was mediocre at best. The tickets are $25 a piece but a snow cone cost $20. It was basic and definitely not the greatest show on earth.

    Times have changed

by Karen on 4/30/24Amica Mutual Pavilion - Providence

Took our 4 yo and 3 yo grandkids to the RI circus. The last time we went was back in the 2000's and things have changed. The acrobatics and talent were just incredible but a headless robotic dog was a bit disturbing, clown act wasn't engaging. Our grandchildren loved the first half but the intermission broke their attention span and once it started again they wanted to go 20 mins into the second half. The grand days of going to the circus are gone but Kudos to the talented folks trying to keep this train rolling.

    Could have been better

by Lbandy on 4/30/24Amica Mutual Pavilion - Providence

The show was good but the audio was terrible. I could not hear the ring master at all and everyone around me said the same. Spent a lot of money just wish I could have heard what was being said. Also the amount of stuff happening all at once made me miss a lot. It was scattered rather than being one act at a time.

Entertaining all the way to the end!

by CAS on 4/29/24Amica Mutual Pavilion - Providence

It was so much fun and there was so much to see. A favorite was the spinning rings and the Mongolians! We also love the trapezes and tight rope walkers…we can’t wait to go back!!!

Something Different for a Friday night!

by AmyM on 4/29/24Amica Mutual Pavilion - Providence

The circus was a lot of fun, there was plenty of entertainment. Both my boys enjoyed it. There favorite acts were the drummers with the swinging beads and the bike riders. All of the acts were great and had such talent. We hope all the performers stay safe and healthy and the circus will be back!!

    Fantastic.

by Cara on 4/29/24Amica Mutual Pavilion - Providence

The show was fantastic. My kids were enthralled the entire time. This has nothing to do with the show but the Amica Mutual Pavilion in Providence charging 18 bucks for 2 bottles of water is out of control.

    Good Show

by Niaroni on 4/29/24Amica Mutual Pavilion - Providence

Overall it was a good show. I had front-row seats and unfortunately in this arena, it was very uncomfortable. Besides our legs being crammed, the crew placed equipment right in front of us and we couldn't see without standing and blocking others. It was even hard to see the screen to watch the action from there. From what we were able to see, it was a great show. We miss the animals and the motorcycles sadly.

Amazing show, amazing acts, just not the same

by Henry on 4/29/24Amica Mutual Pavilion - Providence

The circus and it's performers were incredible. I couldn't imagine the training involved with the acts and I personally couldn't do anything I saw, so my family and I were amazed. But I can't help but feel that some of the magic was lost from what I remember seeing growing up. Ringling brothers once was the most amazing show on earth for years, and amazing as it was it just isn't the same. The missing animal acts, the Tigers, horses, dogs and elephants all brought a uniqueness to the circus. The lack of older favorites like clowns piling into a tiny car and throwing pies may be outdated but I personally find funnier than the new age "makeupless"clowns that have replaced them. The show in all was a blast and well priced, there wasn't a bad seat in the place. Just wish things were the way they used to be.

    Lots to see!

by Girl Mom on 4/29/24Amica Mutual Pavilion - Providence

Went to a Friday night show @ the Amica Mutual Pavilion. The audio wasn’t good - very muffled - made it hard to hear clearly what everyone was saying. The performances were good but there were 3 going on in the arena at any given time so it was challenging to watch it all. Sometimes it felt too busy and distracting. There’s an intermission for a potty & snack break. Overall I thought it was fine.

    It was a spectacular show!!

by Maria on 4/24/24Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plz - Wilkes-Barre

The circus is very different than 50 yrs ago when I went with my grandfather in Philadelphia. There were no live animal acts and no traditional clowns with wigs and makeup. However the animals were replaced by a robotic dog the children were thrilled with that. It was really neat. The clowns had no makeup but make no mistakes they were clowns that had me belly laughing the show was truly THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH!!!
