Have seen Riders in person three times and numerous times on TV. First saw them in the early 1980's. Excellent talents, enthusiastic performance and clean really funny humor. Drove 150 miles to see them. Will go again when they are available. The only drawback was the sound system was not well adjusted. Listen to them on Sirius radio every chance I get.

The ‘Riders’, minus one due to heart felt family issues, were great. Their show was great for the venue/size of space too ~ so personal!! Their choice for temporary replacement (the Kansan) was a good choice too. I hope y’all come back and see us again!!

What a treat! My partner and I, both in our 30s, took my parents because they are Roy Rogers fans and we all loved the show so much. We will definitely be going back if they come to town again.

  • Cowboy up!

    by Thump4 on 2/20/15Birchmere - AlexandriaRating: 5 out of 5

Music and comedy by America's top cowboys. These guys don't tour as much as they did 30 years ago. Catch them whenever you can. They're a vanishing breed.

  • Happy Trails to all

Outstanding entertainment with no intermission - great music - a tribute to Roy Rogers - family friendly humor. What more could you ask? As always, the Riders deserved their standing ovation from the full house. Great food, quick. efficient service from the Birchmere staff. This was a totally delightful theater experience.

The band was fantastic, good show from the music to the performance. Definitely not their first rodeo. Venue was nice, but would have preferred more intimate seating.

  • As always, lots of fun.

Riders in the Sky are amazingly talented and very funny. They just keep getting better. This was our 6th time seeing them perform and was well worth 4 hours in the car to see.

  • Riders in the Sky

Delightful, nostalgic western swing with a comedic flair. Totally entertaining and reminiscent of good ol' days of cowboy TV. Songs of Gen Autry and Roy Rogers when they were at the top. Great way to spend an evening.

Absolutely the best show on this planet! These four gentlemen are truly amazing. Fantastic entertainers they are at the top of their craft. Just delightful. Talented musicians, incredible singers, and brilliant entertainers. Woweeeeee, wish we could afford to go to many many many many more shows. Should be in every hall of fame for music, should win every Grammy award, wish I had the words to express how awesome riders in the sky are! They care about their fans. So thankful we went. Wow. Just wow. Thank you, Ranger Doug, Wood Paul, Joey, and Too Slim: please know you make a positive, wonderful difference in this world!

Riders In the Sky put on a very entertaining show and the Temple Theater was not what I expected but was a nice size venue for this concert.

  • Great, classic western cowboy music

by StuTO on 2/25/14Fred Kavli Theatre-Thousand Oaks Civic Arts - Thousand OaksRating: 5 out of 5

Riders in the Sky is a classic cowboy music/humor entertainment group. If you enjoy Gene Audry and Roy Rogers music or enjoy cowboy poetry, you'll love this. Best enjoyed with a lively audience.
