A Very Enjoyable Evening of Fantastic Music
by duchessoreo on 3/14/11Carpenter Theatre at Richmond CenterStage - RichmondAbsolutely loved the Music of James Bond with the Richmond Symhony. The conductor, Carl Davis, was an absolute delight, and Mary Crewe, fantastic to watch perform. I can only imagine how exciting it was for so many of the Richmond Symphony musicians to get to play with Mr. Davis and he seemed as enamored with them, and more than willing to share the accolades. Was so sorry when the music came to an end! Loved seeing the drum set front and center in the midst of the other musicians, and I know it was a thrill that Mr Davis called attention, for a specific round of applause, to the electric guitar player. Thanks so much for bringing this to Richmond. Mr Davis was most complimentary of the facilities, and I think the entire show was TOPS!
