  • Elliot was awesome!

Richard Elliot's performance was outstanding. I loved every minute of it. He made his Sax do things I never thought was possible. Anybody goes won't be disappointed. I just wish the concert would have been longer.

  • Elliot and Braun rock the Birchmere!

by Sublyg on 8/11/10Birchmere - AlexandriaRating: 5 out of 5

A fantastic show that was postponed following a power outage last Thursday night. They are both incredibly talented when playing together and individually. And their band is the perfect compliment. They had people dancing in the aisles!

  • R & R was just incredibily entertaining!!

A must see (and hear). They have their original band which recorded on the R&R cd. No flaws, no down time. Rick Braun is just in control of his trumpets. And Richard Elliott is just a funk master

This was a very good gig with lots of energy. Thanks Richard and Rick.

  • Great Synergy

by MusicPlayer on 8/11/10Birchmere - AlexandriaRating: 4 out of 5

The members of the band are all talented and their playing complemented each other. Richard and Rick have a good show presence and work well together. Their show style with humor and stories allowed the audience into their personal space. The expression of gratitude to the listening audience for allowing them a second chance to perform was inspiring. An intense storm had knocked out power to the area and the original show was cancelled. There was such harmony and great timing in their playing that made it difficult to distinguish between the two instruments. It also demonstrated the synergy that existed within the band. That was great! Their renditions of some old school and classics were impressive as well as moving. I would go see them again.
