  • great concert and voice

by Sue on 8/15/23Rating: 5 out of 5

It was a dream to see Regina Belle in concert and we got to see her perform in an intimate setting at the beautiful Bal Theater. She sang with such energy and her voice was so good, really connected well with the audience. Highly recommend seeing her if she comes to town to hear her sing some of her famous hits as well as a variety of other jazz, gospel and r&b selections. Thank you Regina

Me and Regina go way back since middle school when her And her brother the late great Bernard Belle use to win all the dance contest. I knew her before she evolved into. The Regina Belle that the world knows. I may not know her as well as many of you. She is definitely a can't missed must see talent. I saw her show at the Manelton amphitheater. The show was amazing. If you did not see it you missed it... Love you fak. Keep on blessing society with your God given talent.

Regina was amazing as usual. She is a class act, her voice is amazing and she has such a personality! I was disappointed that she wasn’t the headliner on this show. She opened for Incognito with special guest Maysa. I mean they were great and Maysa is a good singer but doesn’t have the pizzazz and showmanship that Regina does. They should have been the opening act in my view.

  • Amazing

The venue was excellent and the show was fantastic, Regina and Incognito/Maysa were absolutely amazing.

  • Musical Magic!

I took two of my adult children. My daughter was probably the youngest person there (25), and she and my son loved the concert! The sound was perfect and the bands were tight! We all had a Great Time!

  • Mrs Bell

Regina Bell was amazing and she looked so beautiful and her mom looked fabulous also. I loved the event but didn’t know or ever heard of incognito the songs I never heard so I left early but it had nice space to move around and cup holders on seats was nice

  • Great venue on a wonderful night

by TS on 9/12/22Mable House Barnes Amphitheatre - MabletonRating: 5 out of 5

Surprisingly, Regina Belle opened the concert so it’s a little misleading when you purchase tickets with her listed as the headliner. This would really important if you’re are arriving late. Despite that little glitch, it was a really nice concert; both groups brought their “A” game. Regina’s beautiful mother on stage gave an especially personal touch & overall she was just a real girlfriend. Now for Incognito, they filled the stage with just a myriad of musical talent & instruments; from the vocals to the drums there was nothing but talent. Maysa didn’t disappoint as you ended the show with a medley from the 70’s. I had front row tickets & experience a little buyer’s remorse as I pondered my decision to attend with the weather. They were great!

  • Regina Belle, Incognito and Maysa

by Libra Lady NYC 2 GA on 9/12/22Mable House Barnes Amphitheatre - MabletonRating: 5 out of 5

The show was great. Regina’s vocals are still healthy and strong. However the volume of the band’s instruments were a little loud - oftentimes overpowering her voice. The musicians in Incognito were great. Maysa’s voice and the voices of the two female background singers were very good as well. Great venue…acoustics and seats were perfect!

  • Regina was awesome!

    by A. R. on 9/12/22Mable House Barnes Amphitheatre - MabletonRating: 5 out of 5

Regina was awesome!!! She surprised me by opening first ahead of Incognito and Maysa but after her mother came out to be serenaded by her superstar daughter, I realized through teary eyes that it was a moment that many could relate with since many of those at her show would never have the opportunity to sing or talk with our mothers again. She performed a wide array of her many hits, and her voice is still phenomenal! Incognito and Maysa closed the show out righteously! They left us wanting more, more, more!!

  • Regina Belle Concert Was Awesome!!!

by Ms. V on 9/12/22Mable House Barnes Amphitheatre - MabletonRating: 4 out of 5

The Regina Belle concert was awesome. I've been a fan for years. The only reason I rated the show 4 stars is for two reasons: (1) Regina sang more songs by other artists than her own original songs. She has a long list of favorites that weren't sung. I chalked it up to the fact that she probably wanted to honor some of her favorite performers by singing some of their songs. (2) Ticketmaster solicited this concert with Regina Belle as the headliner. She was not. Incognito was. Incognito was the last performer AND their set was much longer than Regina's. Both were phenomenal, but I was really hoping to see and hear much more from Regina. I would also like to give kudos to the venue. It was the first time that I have attended an outdoor concert that allows patrons to BYOB and food. The regulars came ready with candles, flowers, beverages, and food. In addition, I love the fact that the venue has a covered over-hang. Although it was slated to rain, it didn't, but even if it had, the patrons would have stayed relatively dry. I was very impressed with the venue layout. I was also impressed with parking experience and its proximity to the venue. I try to avoid outdoor concerts because I haven't had a good experience at other venues. But I must say that I went online after the Regina Belle concert to see what other acts were playing at this venue. There's only a handful of acts playing from now thru October 31st. I definitely plan to become a regular during 2023.

I really was expecting to see more of Regina Bell, so I was a disappointed that she was not the main attraction.

  • The show was 1.5 hours late. Very hard to get excited after

by Cwash on 9/1/22Country Club Hills Amphitheater - Country Club HillsRating: 3 out of 5

Very disappointed after hearing a great radio interview that inspired me to purchase 2 tickets. She shared No explanation for being late and overall, the crowd was lukewarm. Her less than casual was certainly not star quality.

  • She is phenomenal! Her vocals are impeccable.

Start to finish worth every dollar. Nice venue. Country club hills amphitheater in Il. Its rained and the both sang their faces off. You definitely need rain gear as this is an outdoor event. Ccha gave out disposable rain ponchos. This is our second time seeing Regina this year 3rd in total our 7th time seeing Rahsaan

  • Even in the Rain

by D. S. on 8/10/22Country Club Hills Amphitheater - Country Club HillsRating: 5 out of 5

Both Artist were new to me. Regina had a great spirit. Regina was grateful to the fans and express her feelings to the concert goers. Regina had fun and she made the concert experience fun. She made fans forget about the rain. Lady Red was a classy host and made the experience fun and happy to be there. Both ladies' are great examples for African American women and all women. We must take care of ourselves. Love Ms. Detrice

  • Country Club Hills concert with Regina Belle and Rahsaan Pat

by CJ on 8/10/22Country Club Hills Amphitheater - Country Club HillsRating: 4 out of 5

The concert did not start at the time posted on the tickets, 6pm. It was supposed to start at 7pm, but didnt start until almost 8pm, while we sat in the rain. Performance was very good despite the late start and the rain. Regina and Rahsaan were appreciative of our diligence considering the weather. Posted signs prohibited umbrellas but they were allowed in anyway to my dismay. You couldn't see the performer due to the umbrellas being in the way and no security to address the issue. Otherwise great show.
