Rascal Flatts Concert Schedule
Marrying pop with country is an art form all its own, and Rascal Flatts is proof positive. The harmonious trio from Ohio create both melodic ballads and thumping dance numbers. Comprised of Gary LeVox, Joe Don Rooney and Jay DeMarcus, the group has a penchant for meaningful lyrics and a sense of soul. Rascal Flatts live performances are rousing and welcoming. The energy in the crowd is frenetic, and the large live band creates an unparalleled buzz through the air. The band appeals to a young demographic and has earned the CMA award for Best Vocal Group of the Year and the ACA Decade Artist Award, along with other acclaim. Rascal Flatts earned the No. 1 spot on the U.S. Country Music charts for more than a dozen of their songs, including "Fast Cars and Freedom" and "Here Comes Goodbye." Rascal Flatts tours include the 2016 Rhythm and Roots Tour, 2015 Riot Tour and 2014 Rewind Tour.
Rascal Flatts Background
Rascal Flatts hails from Ohio, but they first assembled as a group in Nashville at the Fiddle and Steel Guitar Bar in the late '90s when second cousins LeVox and DeMarcus connected with Don Rooney through mutual friends. In 1999, the group recorded a three-song demo that was played for a Lyric Street executive by their producers. Soon, the band was signed to the Lyric Street label and within a year they would have a single on the Billboard charts. Some of their first big shows included opening for Kenny Chesney at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville and joining a stop on the Neon Circus Tour in Bristow, VA. Influenced by everyone from George Jones to Stevie Wonder, Rascal Flatts quickly started accruing hit singles with their unique blend of country with a pop twist. The song that got them signed to their record label, "Prayin' for Daylight," reached No. 3 on the Billboard charts soon after they got their contract. Between 2000 and 2005, the group released and impressive three albums, and they continue to record at a breakneck pace. In 2014, their album Rewind debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Country Albums chart. Over the course of their career, the band's awards have included the ACM Top New Vocal Duo Or Group in 2001, People's Choice Awards Favorite Group in 2009, and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2012.

Concert was scheduled to begin at 7:30... 3 opening acts later Rascal Flatts finally took the stage around 10:00, it was a bit ridiculous.
Rascal Flatts performed a lively, interactive concert that engaged all listeners. It was an characteristically cool evening for August, with the perfect calm breeze for an outdoor venue. The band appeared to be having as much fun as the fans. I will definitely plan on seeing them perform again.
Rascall Flatts was awesome....sang along to every song!!!!
The first act, Jimmie Allen, blew us away. A very pleasant surprise, and we look forward to more of his music and testimony. Very energetic and talented. Rascal Flatts was very good, but the music was so loud that it was sometimes hard to tell what song they were singing unless it was introduced. Why cover such talented with volume on amplifiers? My favorite part was listening to the banjo player, and the patriotic salute. It would be nice to see all 5 branches of the military, though. We see several concerts a year, and I can only remember on other that was so loud that the music didn’t sound right. Turn the volume down!
Oí es of all rascal Flatts members were outstanding, the group was so friendly and nice with its fans and the lead vocalist interacted with the audience by stepping off the stage !!! And singing along with them . Wonderful experience
I love Rascal Flatts and have seen them before. But the sound was distorted and not clear.
Rascal Flatts knocked it out of the venue. They put on a great show. It did not hurt having PIT tickets thanks to a friend. Only thing that would of made the show best one ever if they would of shaken my wives hand. It was a wonderful night.
Overall music was way too loud and drowned out the voices. It seemed more like a rock concert than a country concert. REALLY enjoyed the opening guy - Jimmie Allen. Best song was the one without most of the band where we could hear their voices and harmonies.
Very nice venue, parking was very easy and efficient. Acoustics were okay but I don't believe for a country group you have to try and blow there audiences out.
Voices buried in blat, blat, blat of BASS drum. I was center 3rd row of seating. Rascal Flatts working hard to present a good show. Could not hear their voices.
Great venue... great seats and view. Sound was way too loud such that vocals were drowned out for most songs and we could barely hear after leaving the concert. Wish I would have brought earplugs.
This concert was awesome!!! Rascal Flatts can sing!!! Music was beautiful. The video boards they use is super cool also. The moving floors for the guys playing the instruments was sweet too. The Smart Financial theater was great!! Very comfortable and everyone was friendly there. Will definitely come back again.
My wife and I have enjoyed the music of Rascal Flatts for years and were excited when we learned that they were coming to the Houston area where we live. I snapped up two tickets in the section on the bottom level not far from the stage. The opening performer was Jimmie Allen, and he was great. I'm going to keep tabs on that young singer as well. Then our guys came out, and their show was spectacular! Lights, sound, special effects, video screens, great band! People were on their feet singing along. But most of all, it was their great songs that lifted us up. That' was what we came for, and they did not disappoint. Great show!!
Seats were good. Staff very personable. Music was great! Will go again!
Great concert. Great venue! I have seen Rascal Flatts a few times. Always a fun concert. You can always tell that they are having fun playing. The opening act, Jimmie Allen, was fantastic. The venue is too notch and beautiful.
Loved everything about the concert from the staff to the performance.
