    The show💕

by Nelly on 2/19/24Walker Theatre - Indianapolis

I absolutely loved all of the artist, and even though Rakim had us waiting for a very long time after the others he really made up for it💕I absolutely love him!….. Mike Epps being from my hometown, really speaks volume about him…. I love the person you are Mike!

    Great line up but...

    by JB on 7/19/23

Great line up but a hip hop concert at the Fox isnt good. The venue is not built for this type of sound. We were in the balcony and the sound was terrible. Couldnt understand any of the rapping and bass bouncing off the high ceiling was not good. Love all the acts but not at the Fox. Very disappointed. Have it a Lil Ceasars Arena or a smaller venue next time.

    Hype!

    by CDG on 7/18/23

The concert was amazing the only problem was all of ticketmaster ticket prices are so expensive and then to make it worse they hit you with over one hundred dollars in fees on top of the over priced tickets!

50 Year Celebration of Hip Hop

    by Stacy D on 7/18/23

It was a great show overall. However that 1st hour was trash. I understand they were showcasing local artists but they were terrible. EPMD rocked it. Big Daddy Kane was smooth as always. KRS One was ok. He hollered through his set. Rakim was amazing. Dougie Fresh and Slick Rick should have closed the show.

    The God Emcee never disappoints

by C.Devs on 4/11/23Madrid Theatre - Kansas City

Ra will tell you himself...there's no bigger high as a performer than performing. The energy he gets from the crowd is what keeps him going at this stage in his career. I've seen him twice now in 4 years and he doesn't miss one syllabol or breath. He takes time after his shows to show love to his fans as well. Phenomenal shows and memories. Long live the God emcee.

It's was as advertised an intimate night with the God Mc been to Sony Hall a few times first time they had tables & chairs as GA Rakim with a band opening with Follow the leader... doesn't get better than that..the R had a broken foot which may have been better...he just flowed hit after hit sounding on top of his game ..great show but a little smokey..been awhile and I'm I've been in a club with cigarette smoke..lungs still hurt
