by Winnie57 on 11/25/13Robinson Center Music Hall - Little RockRating: 5 out of 5

Close your eyes and you will think you are at a live Genuine Beatles Concert. Open them and watch the backdrop screen and you will think you are at a live Genuine Beatles Concert. Fantastic video show, fantastic music, fantastic period depiction. Best bargain in years. Non stop hits for one hour and ten minutes, fifteen minute intermission , then another one hour of non stop hits...

Great show! They looked and sounded just like the Beatles that I remembered. The background video really brought back memories and complimented the entire show. I would highly recommend it.

  • Rain totally rocks!

What a rockin' show! Rain not only sounded just like the Beatles, but they also were fun and feisty as I image the Beatles would have been in a live concert. The show was also a visual treat. It took me right back to the 60's. I would go back again tonight - and I recommend this tribute band to everyone who likes the Beatles!

  • Wonderful, Took me back 45 years!!!

Rain was well done and allowed for audience participation. They incorporated original video of the Beatles with their show. They sang the original Beatles songs and sounded like the originals. Their costumes followed the Beatles through their many transitions also. I would go again if it is offered close by.

We had a great time. The band got the crowd involved with clapping, singing and dancing. It was a wonderful evening. When the Beatles were popular we never got to see them in person. This made the audience feel like they were seeing the real Beatles.

I had a great time at the show. I've seen other tribute bands. This ranks with the best of them. The band's performance was very inspiring. The majority of the audience was singing along and dancing with the music. I was particularly impressed with the use of the big screens as a backdrop for the show. The selection of music played during the bands changes was very appropriate and added to the overall mood of the show. I think many of the audience, as well as myself, wanted the show to be longer. I definitely would recommend this to others and will not hesitate attending again when available.

  • Fun Night Out

by Rickenbacker99 on 11/24/13Topeka Performing Arts Center - TopekaRating: 4 out of 5

Very polished act with decent sound. Early tracks were spot on, but the later rock tracks with guitar solos lacked a little. The solos didn't have that Punch of the originals, drawing you into the song. Paul's representation was the best. John and George were very good but not quite as good. Had a good time!

  • Well worth it!

Rain did an amazing job of creating a Beatles concert. The light show, the music, the costumes, etc...We don't think it could have been done any better. Thanks for a GREAT show with awesome music and old memories.

These guys did an amazing job. I know it must have been difficult to copy the Beatles, but they pulled it off. Sometimes I even thought I saw the real Beatles on stage.

  • Rain was totally entertaining

My husband are in our early 50's and we loved this concert. Sounded great and looked great too. We like how the singers changed their looks to match the era and progression of the Beatles.

  • Rain was fantastic!!

Even though there were a few technical glitches, the show was just great! The group did a really good job of performing the Beatles' music. The set-up starting off on the Ed Sullivan Show was terrific! It was just a great evening! Don't remember them performing 'Yellow Submarine', though.

  • Rain was Fab!!

What a fun night! Love that they played music from both the early years but their later music as well. Brought back great memories!

  • BEST BEATLES TRIBUTE BAND IN THE WORLD!

by FAB4DAVE on 11/23/13Robinson Center Music Hall - Little RockRating: 5 out of 5

THE SHOW WAS ONE OF THE BEST SHOWS OF ANY GROUP OR MUSIC TYPE THAT I EVER SAW. I CAN NOT WAIT TILL RAIN RETURNS. THAT BEING SAID THE ROBINSON AUDITORIUM STAFF ALMOST RUINED THE EVENING BY TREATING THE CONCERT GOERS LIKE THEY WERE RUNNING A CONCENTRATION CAMP. KEEPING EVERYONE OUTSIDE IN THE COLD UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE AND THEN YOU GUESSED RIGHT ANOTHER LONG WAIT UNTIL THEY DECIDED TO LET PEOPLE ACTUALLY SIT DOWN IN THEIR SEATS. THEIR IS NO EXCUSE FOR THE UNCARING ACTIONS OF THE ROBINSON STAFF.

  • Best concert ever!

by mountrushmore on 11/23/13Milwaukee Theatre - MilwaukeeRating: 5 out of 5

I really enjoy the back history and the progression the band made with changing wigs and clothes. LOVE IT! LOVE IT! My Beatles is my favorite band. I t was loud enough, but not too loud. I had ear plugs with me, but didn't use them, like I have to do for other concerts.

  • The Moptops rock!

by Kulis on 11/23/13Robinson Center Music Hall - Little RockRating: 5 out of 5

My family surprised my "Beatles Freak" daughter on her 16th Birthday by taking her to "Rain". I find it amazing that 50 years later, the Beatles music is still having an impact on other generations. My daughter loved "Rain". The video presentations really set the mood for the era and helped transform us back in time. I was born in February of 1964, just 2 weeks after the Beatles hit America. It was really neat to see the events taking place in America at that time and to see what it was like to watch the Beatles on The Ed Sullivan Show. All of the cast are terrific musicians and vocalists. I have been to other Beatles tributes where the performers are just lip synching or playing with recorded music. Not so here. The Rain performers play all of their own instruments and the terrific keyboard player rounds out the sound with all of the backing music. The songs sound like they do on the albums. The Beatles Psychedelic era was unbelievable. The Paul and John vocals, mannerisms and humor were spot on. The George performer is a terrific guitarist and vocalist but does not quite sound like George Harrison. We all loved the way that they combined the slower and faster versions of "While my guitar gently weeps".!! The Ringo performer is an awesome drummer and really sounded like RIngo, he does not look like Ringo however. Overall, a great experience for the whole family. It is well worth the price of admission.
