The event was amazing. Rachel is so inspiring and such an amazing spirit.

This event was everything I expected it to be and I'm really glad my husband and I went together. The only complaint I would have is that it started 30 minutes late and it was not clear how long the class would last. It ended up being an hour long and Rachel hosted a Q&A afterwards. The Q&A was a little bit lengthy and after three hours of being there I had to leave and didn't get a chance to meet her one on one. I would have liked to know what to expect time wise.

I absolutely love following Rachel Brathen on Instagram. When I found out she wrote a book, I immediately bought and read it cover to cover. So when her Happiness Tour announced that she was coming to Austin I knew I had to meet her. The tour was amazing!!! She taught such a deep yoga class for us and her honesty, story sharing, and laughter made the day so uplifting for all of us that attended.

Rachel Brathen (yoga girl) has a spirit that just radiates. She brought her dog and husband to the yoga class, along with four or five other yoga instructors to walk around the room to check poses and flows because with a class of 300 she can't adjust every student when needed. The class was definitely a good workout, but was perfect for yogis of all levels. Rachel was great about making the room feel safe and it was the most exciting yoga practice I've ever had. At times it was fun and upbeat, others quiet and relaxing. She definitely had everyone engage their mind, body, and spirit and I definitely recommend going!! Well worth the cost.
