    Literally perfect

by Chelsea B on 12/12/23Orpheum Theatre - New York

10/10 would see again. Rachel is a top tier performer who marvelously blends humor with heart wrenching emotion. Down to earth human and insanely talented singer. There’s a really good twist too that I will not spoil for anyone but if you’re a fan of Rachel you will not be disappointed by the twist!

    Woooooooowwwwww

by Annie Christ on 6/11/23Theatre of Living Arts - Philadelphia

I'm name is Annie Christ. When I first started doing drag I only performed Rachel Bloom songs. I was known as the Rachel Bloom queen of Philadelphia. I sent Rachel an email asking her how she made the sock boyfriend from the "We don't need a man" music video. Not only did she respond but she hooked me up with her prop person who made it. I was able to recreate the sock man perfectly, and now I'm a pretty successful drag queen. Artists like Rachel are the ones that make sure art never dies. She's a treasure that should be supported and loved every day. If you've made it this far into my review you've wasting precious moments that could be spent buying tickets to see this amazing show. You could have been rewatching Crazy Ex-girlfriend, but instead you're reading some drag queens review. You really need to reevaluate your life choices. Go buy a ticket in every city so you can experience this show over and over again.

    The best!

by Dryadgirl on 6/9/23Gramercy Theatre - New York

Huge Rachel Bloom fan. I had front row, directly in the middle of the stage. She’s hilarious, though the topics discussed are very dark. She pulls it off masterfully, as she did on Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. My first show since 2007. So glad I went!

    Pretty much what I expected

by AZA on 6/9/23Gramercy Theatre - New York

All new material to me. Grounded, gritty, realistic dark humor mixed with show tunes. What you come to expect from Rachel Bloom. I laughed, I cried

    Phenomenal woman.

by Liz on 11/8/19Majestic Theatre Dallas - Dallas

Accidentally cried on the merch girl and she was the sweetest about it. Cried again in the bathroom while changing clothes. Put on mascara and said I would have to deal with no more tears. Well. No more sad ones, but Rachel had me laughing so hard I cried a third time. Don’t worry, this one was full of joy and love. Rachel gave us a beautiful show. I hope I can see her again sometime soon. She is a wonderful, kind person, and deserves the entire world.

    disappointed

by M on 10/31/19Majestic Theatre Dallas - Dallas

I thought from the original link that the whole cast would be there - not so. Instead of wrinkled street clothes you would think the actors would have tried to dress in character. Not all songs were from the show. For the price of the merchandise giveaway tickets the merchandise given was pretty lame. I understand that Rachel is expecting and this was her last concert due to that, but the points I listed had nothing to do with her pregnancy.

    Rachel is a spectacular

by S. on 10/27/19Majestic Theatre Dallas - Dallas

Rachel Bloom is a vision. She sings like a dream and is various and captivating. I didn't stop smiling for over 2 hours during and after the show. If you have the chance, go see her!

    Great but...

by John B on 10/26/19Majestic Theatre Dallas - Dallas

The event itself was fantastic but the VIP meet and greet was cancelled at the event and no one, me included, could be refunded for the extra we paid for that.

    Couldn’t Stop Laughing

by chbrev on 10/26/19Majestic Theatre Dallas - Dallas

My BF and I have been big fans of her show Crazy Ex-Girlfriend for awhile but nothing could have prepared us for how great her live show was. I don’t think I went longer than 30 seconds without laughing, my jaw started hurting. Her show was a perfect blend of songs from the show, new material and jokes showcasing her humor. We were also thrilled with the line up of having Danny, Kat and Scott join her on the stage. It couldn’t have been better.

Rachel Bloom - great; Chevalier Theater - not!

    by O on 10/18/19Chevalier Theatre - Medford

We were conned at the parking lot that looks like it is attached to the theater - has theater signage around it. An unaffiliated man got $20 from several cars and directed us to spots in lot. “Luckily,” the real owner of the lot showed up as we were exiting lot to yell at us that we would be towed. What? Yup, the first guy conned us. The real owner moved us to a legit spot and made us pay again!! all the while lamenting that he had to tow the other suckers who got conned earlier. What? Then, just don’t call the tow company - be a human! And, stay at your post. And, none of you are affiliated with the theater - that should be much clearer!!! Theater is old high school - run down; old wooden seats. That would have been okay. The awful part was the lighting!!!!! Every 15 minutes, the lights shined right in the audience (balcony level). We were blinded throughout the show; Rachel even later joked about the fact that we had to close our eyes in pain for much of the show. Ouch! The sound was not great either, though not painful. Bass was turned up too high. Rachel Bloom was a delight. Funny, accessible, natural, thoughtful... would see her again, but not at Chevalier!

What an awesome night! Rachel was so funny. Even though I was up on the balcony I could still see everything clearly. So many laughs and hilarioud relatable moments.

    Show wsa great, but...

by Dan on 10/15/19Chevalier Theatre - Medford

Rachel Bloom did a great job and I'm glad I went. Still, it was not an ideal experience: 1. Even with help I remained locked out of the Ticketmaster app and had to go to "will call" to get my ticket, which is what I will do in the future. 2. Had to climb several flights of stairs to get the balcony and only then was told there was an elevator on the OTHER side of the theater. 3. Bought an XL tshirt. It says XL. It is a medium. This is not me. I easily fit into XL shirts. I could barely pull this on and it clearly did not fit.

    FANTASTIC!

    by S. H. on 10/15/19Chevalier Theatre - Medford

Rachel Bloom was absolutely wonderful! I laughed so hard I cried. Everyone I came with had an absolutely fabulous time. Bloom is incredibly heartfelt, genuine, and hilarious. The songs from the Crazy Ex Girlfriend tv show tugged at my heartstrings. It was the perfect event for someone suffering show withdrawals! I would see her again in a heartbeat.

    A great show

by JR on 10/15/19Chevalier Theatre - Medford

I have been a fan of her show for years, while my wife had never heard Rachel‘s comedy. We both had an excellent night. Bloom did not disappoint and is as funny as ever.

Rachel was great, venue had room for improvement

    by J. on 10/15/19Chevalier Theatre - Medford

Rachel was absolutely fantastic; hilarious, read the room, super sweet and just all around great. My problem was with the venue’s sound and lights. The bass was so high and loud that I ended up with a headache the rest of the night. The lights kept shining in the faces of the audience so much that Rachel even commented on it during the show. It was blindingly bright and definitely took away from the experience.

Rachel was great, theater lighting needed work

by Bradbort on 10/15/19Chevalier Theatre - Medford

Rachel was great, with a nice mix of CEG and her back catalogue, as well as fun standup. The only issue may have had to do with the set up of the balcony and lighting. Whenever a strobe effect went off, it was directly focused on the eyes of folks in the balcony. I’m thinking that was not the effect Rachel was going for.

    Always a fun experience

    by Perryrob2008 on 10/15/19Chevalier Theatre - Medford

Rachel Bloom performs a mix of standup and musical numbers. Crazy Ex costar Danny Jolles opened the show with some funny and relatable comedy. Rachel put on an amazing show, engaging her audience throughout, and she continued to generate uproarious laughs with each unadulterated joke. A highly recommended show for those not easily offended and those looking to scratch that musical theater itch.

    Bloom at DC's Anthem

    by A on 10/14/19The Anthem - Washington

A modern venue, but arrive early as the ticketing for will call and security are not efficient and finding seats can't be done without help for a first timer. Bloom and her opener, Jason (George from Crazy Exgirlfriend) were hilarious. Would gladly see them again!

Rachel Bloom is an Incredibly Talented and Funny Young Lady

by JTT on 10/14/19The Anthem - Washington

We had a great time at the Anthem seeing Rachel Bloom, formerly Rebecca Bunch of "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" (CEG), she is a very talented young lady, that is not only funny, but is a great musical theater performer. We loved watching her on her television series CEG and we enjoyed her even more in person! We also really enjoyed the warm up act by Danny Jolles. He is a very talented and funny comedian and singer.
