What a great performance. Super energetic and fun! Brought back lots of memories with songs I have heard in a while. Loved it!
It was a fun night! My sister and I had a great time. We had queen stuck in our minds for hours later!
It was a great great concert but i mainly went to hear mike martel singing freddy. I really enjoyed myself but was very disappointed because i will never get the chance again to hear him live :( the drummer singing some of the was phenomenal!!
This particular concern was superb and I think one of the best I have seen in a long time
While it's always good to hear Queen songs performed live. This group just isn't the same without Marc Martel
This show was amazing! The songs were on point, the musicians and singer absolutely kept us rocking! I sang so much I woke up hoarse the next day. Truly a great night out
Good tribute bands either faithfully reproduce the original songs or they make them their own. The Queen Extravaganza did not seem to know which way they wanted to go. The band was good. The lead singer could sing. It's just that his voice did not do the Queen songs any justice. Now the drummer on the other hand was fantastic. The highlight of the night was the drummer's cover of It's a Kind of Magic ... Awesome! I am Queen fan and I enjoy all things Queen. For that reason I would recommend this show.
This was a really good show. The band was amazing. The vocal harmonies as well. Lead singer did not try to imitate Freddie He was really good the song selection as well was really well thought out. I will see again if it comes back to westbury. As far as the venue it is one of the best small theaters for a show. The sound quality in there is incredible
The Queen concert was great . It was a night to remmeber . I was so sorry it ended. I would recommeded this concert to any one that love Queen . I had a Amazing time. I give it my ten star reating in my book.
I purchased these tickets thinking it was Marc Martel, who sounds exactly like Freddie Mercury. The new singer is AWFUL. It is like listening to bad karaoke. I spent $45 on 3 tickets and walked out after the 1st song. What a RIP off. Never again !
Didn't know what to expect before the show. The Queen Extravaganza was very entertaining. They are, and this is not meant as a knock, but truthfully, they are a good coverband. The lead singer has a good voice and the band is talented. I thought the drummer was exceptionally good. It was an entertaining and enjoyable night.
The show was awesome. The lead singer was terrific and it was as if Freddy was resurrected. Rest of band was terrific (drummer especially). For $25 we def got our money's worth and more!!! Keep those offers coming.
As close to Queen as you can get... set list from second set included...
I’m not a huge Queen fan, and to be honest, I was not familiar with a lot of the songs the act performed, but that did not affect my opinion. They did an amazing job recreating the songs. If you are a Queen fan, dont miss it.
Queen Extravaganza was a great show! The musicians are so talented, they did an amazing job. Would have thought it was the real thing! If you get a chance to see them, you will not be disappointed.
Ok, I went to the Westbury Theatre the other night (9/28/18) and saw the "Queen Extravaganza" I was pleasantly surprised how good it really was. i was transported back to my days in High School. The band are a group of excellent musicians (the guitarist and drummer were incredible) the lead singer did a nice job singing all the songs. All in all the show was great and very enjoyable.I also loved that many "older" music enthusiasts brought some younger generation music lovers and they seemed to enjoy the show as much as those who lived it back in the day.
I don’t know which part was better, the music or watching the crowd enjoy the music. I took my daughter and loved seeing such a multi generational audience, all rocking out. From 8-80 this audience sang every word, got up and danced and had a great time.
The band did a great job especially with the songs many cover bands don’t do (even the borap vocal section). Drummer should sing more too- he was with them last time I saw them. Bottom line is great show for a low price.
It was like a Las Vegas lounge act.. 2nd set was better than the first but not Queen enough for the end result. There are many Queen tribute bands out there and this was not one of them.
