Pure Prairie League weren't as good as they were last time I saw them, but Firefall was GREAT! They made the entire show worth the trip to Riverside during rush hour on a Friday night. Then venue is great, not a bad seat in the house. Unfortunately several problems with the sound detracted from Poco's performance, but Rusty pulled it off by being a true professinal.
Was a good concert. Need to have more of these concerts. The fox theater is so a neat place to see a concert.
I saw PPL in Ashland, Kentucky and at Ft. Mitchell, KY both times the band was fantastic. The crowd encored them back on stage twice. At Ft. Mitchell I was lucky enough to have VIP and get to meet all of the band members! They are all so very nice and down to earth people! just multi-talented people!
PPL vocals and acoustic music were outstanding. A perfect mix of songs and personalities. I don't know when I have enjoyed a concert more. Will definitely return to this venue as well - the right size and delicious food.
It was exactly what I was expecting. Good musicians in a small venue. Straight ahead with good sound. Played a mix of older and new songs and ended with their biggest hits including "Amie" which was their biggest hit. Fun show, good banter, and a good time.
they choose a very small & friendly bar . it was nice to be close without going deaf. i guess the crowd is getting a little older & wiser. my wife & i really enjoyed the show. good luck in your future shows. we would like to see another show , should your band return to the valley. thanks for a good night out ! god bless!
It's hard to relive your youth but somehow groups like Pure Prairie League brought me back to Albuquerque, my first experience in the wonderful southwest. The music and the memories were outstanding! I guess all part of why I live in AZ. Thanks!
Very Loud..but good....Great small setting....Very informal and casual Employees were nice and efficient with orders, in general loved it! Would definetly go again!
