I took my wife for her birthday and because it was her favorite movies when she was younger. Great cast and awesome energy that knew how to keep the crowd engaged.
Very likeable lead characters. Good acting throughout. I was hoping for better in the original songs, and would have enjoyed if there was a bit more originality in the script rather than sticking verbatim to much of the movie, but that’s just not picking. A good time for sure.
I went to Chicago for my birthday and saw this show - as I LOVE the movie. While it did not follow the movie 100%, it was still an incredible show! The actors were incredible, their voices were spectacular! I highly recommend to any Pretty Woman Fan!
Outstanding acting, sound (heard every word), venue, & choreography. Incredible voices. Wonderful energy. Clever set design & costumes. Intimate feel at this historic theater. Perfect location for lodging, restaurants, experiencing the City, seeing the Lake, & taking in the festivities of St. Patty’s Day.
If you like the movie you’ll love the musical. Definitely followed the story line. Great acting, songs. A lot of talent.
Over all a good show. Both Leads were good ! There is one song where the male lead had hard time reaching the high note! It was out of his range. He should stayed within his range. First act needs some re tooling. Although it flowed well. The second act moved quite well and it was better! The opera scene was very good at least they hired opera singers. I enjoyed it, Why wait till the encore to sing the title song Prety Women??
This show was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed every minute of it. The cast was so incredible. The singing and acting was phenomenal. Such an amazing experience. It’s a must see.
The show was wonderful! We enjoyed every minute of it.
Such a great evening!! The acting and singing or fantastic very enjoyable night-one of the better plays I’ve ever seen
Enjoyed it and would recommend it. However, the wardrobes for Edward and Vivian after she shopped on Rodeo drive were lacking. “ class”. Looked more like Walmart rather than Rodeo drive.
Everyone knows the story but this musical is a fresh and vibrant take on the old story. It's fun and good times watching the musical selections and dance routines performed during the play. Good times and feel good experience.
This was really a good musical. Had me laughing and crying.
Loved the performance! Great acting. Singing was well done particularly “Kit”. Fabulous choreography.Fun girlfriend day! Chicago has wonderful talent!
If you love the movie, go see this! The cast is amazing. Vivian was so funny! Edward embodied Edward! I loved it. My favorite was the bell hop! So good!
So I paid over $100 for my ticket and I sat upstairs in the circle is what I think they called the area. My seat was 201 D. I had to watch the event with my neck twisted to the side to watch because the heads of the 3 rows in front of me blocked my view.
I loved the storyline of this musical! I lead actors were not great. The female leads voice was much too small for this show. The male lead was pretty good had some pitch errors opening night. The two actors that stole the show were Kit and Mr. Townsend, the hotel manager. Her voice was outstanding, and carried the show! He was the comic relief and played all of his characters so well! Overall a great show, however, some of the talent was not to par.
I actually walked out after 20minutes. The dialogue was amateurish at best. Skip this show and go out to a nice dinner or catch some live blues. Your date will thank you.
It was ok. Not a favorite. Some were off key or couldn’t find their note. The bellhop was my favorite out of the whole cast!!! They made the show and provided laughter
Very entertaining. Revived 30 years old memories. All actors are protrayed their characters very well.
The play was excellent, the cast did a wonderful job!!!!!
