About

Post Malone on Tour

Rising rapper and R&B singer Post Malone hit pay dirt in 2015 with his hugely popular breakout single "White Iverson," a Top 3 jam on the Hot Rap Songs chart that has racked up more than 200 million views on YouTube. Since then he's made good on the promise of that auspicious debut, generating major buzz with his 2016 mixtape August 26th and hitting the road for the Monster Energy Outbreak Tour Presents: Post Malone The Hollywood Dreams Tour. In concert Malone's excitement and passion are palpable, and his rapid-fire flow, bass-heavy beats, and infectious dancing always get fans moving their feet. He slayed in early 2016 as an opening act on Justin Bieber's Purpose World Tour, and followed up with killer headlining sets of his own in support of his much-anticipated debut album Stoney.

Post Malone in Concert

Austin Richard Post, aka Post Malone, was born in New York but spent his formative years in Dallas, TX. He taught himself to play guitar and produce music in high school, and at age 16 he became a local legend with his first independent mixtape release. He enrolled in a local community college after graduation, but dropped out after a few months to move to Los Angeles and pursue his music career. Once there he linked up with production team FKi Music, a fruitful collaboration that yielded several songs including "White Iverson." That track went viral in early 2015, racking up millions of plays on SoundCloud and YouTube and leading to a record deal with Republic Records. Malone's rise continued in 2016 with the release of his mixtape August 26th, his national TV debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and a collaboration single with Justin Bieber titled "Déjà Vu." His debut full-length Stoney generated big buzz in late 2016, and he continues to impress with swaggering, hit-filled sets on tour.

    This “festival” sucked

by imliterallyposty on 5/8/18Providence Medical Center Amphitheater - Bonner Springs

The concert was supposed to start at 6:30 originally and then the time changed to 4:30 which was fine with me. So we got there early and we were there for nearly 6 hours before any of the headlining acts played. In total of those 6 hours only about 2 included someone being on stage. We left the concert at 10 because we were so bored. Overall the concert was terrible and I will never be going to Flyover ever again. Ticketmaster was great though and we got our tickets at a discount.

This was not supposed to be a 10 hour event

by BrooklynGetzel on 5/8/18Providence Medical Center Amphitheater - Bonner Springs

There were 6-8 openers and each lasted about an hour in 86 degree heat this was the worst concert I’ve ever been to. No one came to watch openers they didn’t know, also moving theconcert start time really messed up a lot of peoples plans. So again it was the worst experience I’ve ever had

    Post Malone was AMAZING

by Charv6 on 5/8/18Providence Medical Center Amphitheater - Bonner Springs

I was really disappointed at how they crammed all the artists onto one stage. It felt rushed because of that & Post Malone didnt come out till about an hour later than scheduled. He was amazing though!

    Post was dope

by Stonedsanti on 5/8/18Providence Medical Center Amphitheater - Bonner Springs

Post was dope, lil pump was dope, Flatbush was dope. Flyover shouldn’t have switched from 2 stages to one tho, they only switched as nobody was going to the other one. If we don’t want to see the other artists on the lineup don’t make us!

    Frustrated

by Pdiddygirl on 5/8/18Providence Medical Center Amphitheater - Bonner Springs

They added a ton of other bands most of which stunk and since I had to leave at Midnight I only got to hear one of Post Malone’s Songs since he was pushed back so far and that’s who I paid to see!

    Posty made the event

by Jordy12 on 5/8/18Providence Medical Center Amphitheater - Bonner Springs

Post Malone was definitely the highlight of the whole event. The only negative thing I would say is that they had too many small people and nobody knew their music.

    pass over this tour

by stylistmike on 5/8/18Providence Medical Center Amphitheater - Bonner Springs

This show had no entertainment. I've been more entertained at the high school choir concert.I realize shows are hit and miss, but this tour was an insult to true music fans! Where was the MC? what about flow and energy? no vibe to be found, Ghost maine was the one positive, but he went on early around 7:00 then pretty much crap until Post around 11:30 not worth waiting around for the headliner. we had more fun in the parking lot

    Post Malone

by Medical1987 on 5/8/18Providence Medical Center Amphitheater - Bonner Springs

My daughter and her friend totally enjoy Post and Lil pump, they weren't thrilled with the others, however I was happy about that. What us parents and drivers were not happy about were that we were told the concert would be done at midnight and to be back by 11:30 and in which we were , but the event lasted til 1:30am. That was a little much to be told this, also you needed to have a better way of handling getting out of the parking lot, it was a complete disaster. I cant describe that enough a BIG Cluster Mess.. 7 lines trying to merge into one and people cussing at each other. That could have turned into something horrible I would work on that for next time Thank you

    Posty was great. Everything else—sucked

by Postykilledit on 5/8/18Providence Medical Center Amphitheater - Bonner Springs

They moved all the shitty artists to the main stage & it took forever for Post Malone to come out. He killed it & he’s the best performer I’ve seen yet, but all the other artists sucked & it made standing for 6 hours so painful & almost not worth it. Also the waits between artists was extremely too long & unnecessary. Please fix this Flyover or people won’t be coming back.

    No organization

by Alli323 on 5/8/18Providence Medical Center Amphitheater - Bonner Springs

The artists were not introduced, it was very disorganized, did not flow well. Bug breaks between artists. Post Malone did not get on stage until midnight. Getting out of the parking lot was ridiculous. Won't ever go here again

    Sucked.

by Lohs on 5/8/18Providence Medical Center Amphitheater - Bonner Springs

Concert took FOREVER! Took at least 30 minutes between each opener. Nobody new any of the openers and then the concert ran late. Probably will never go again.

    Best concert-Hand down! Posty

by KDawgMomma on 5/8/18Providence Medical Center Amphitheater - Bonner Springs

What an amazing concert! Even though Posty didn’t come on stage til almost midnight, the fans didn’t care! The bands before him kept the us all interested and hyped! And I never expected the fans to be so involved in every song! Even the bands prior to..Outs standing concert and would go again and again! My only complaint was parking before and after the show! It’s was horrible and needs some major work with dirctecting and more police directing traffic on main roads, plus signage!

Post Malone was great but that’s it

by Bfulls890 on 5/8/18Providence Medical Center Amphitheater - Bonner Springs

I bought the tickets with the impression it was just post Malone for the main act, not 15 other awful acts before. The advertising was deceiving but I’m glad I got to see post Malone live. They could have had some acts that actually had an ounce of talent before him though

    Post Malone was awesome

by Jojo06 on 5/8/18Providence Medical Center Amphitheater - Bonner Springs

I’m glad we came late to the show because every other artist was horrible. We came to see lil pump & post. But, because the acts before them went over their time, the concert was behind schedule an hour. Lil pump got 4 songs. However, post put on an amazing show! He sounded just like he does on the record & has great stage presents! Loved him! I always like this venue but they NEVER HAVE ENOUGH TOILET PAPER IN THE BATHROOMS!

    Miserable

by Boober55 on 5/8/18Providence Medical Center Amphitheater - Bonner Springs

First. Way too many people. They definitely oversold the concert. Second. Not enough concessions for the amount of people they allowed in. Last. Don't let no name performers on the main stage and cause the headliners to come on an hour late. Definitely one of the worst concerts I've ever been to.
