    Papa Roach Stole The Show!

by glasgowdug on 6/8/10Verizon Wireless Amphitheater St Louis - Maryland Heights

Seether is my favorite band in the world, and all the bands put out a great effort! But,..Papa Roach stole the show, with their intensity and ability to inspire a crowd! A close second was Hollywood Undead, with crowd participation. I'd like to thank the Point for putting together some of the best acts out there to choose from! I'd also like to thank the Gods/Mother Nature/Dave Murray, for supplying us with one of the most beautiful days possible!

    Three Days Grace Rocked

by megan79us on 6/8/10Verizon Wireless Amphitheater St Louis - Maryland Heights

I have recently gone to another all day concert at another venue and I must say the set up and schedule of Pointfest is the easiest thing. Having the two side stages next two each other and playing every 45 minutes or so is the best set up yet. It makes it easy to enjoy all of the bands there with out running to another stage on the other side of the venue. All of the bands where excellent but I must say a couple of them rocked the crowd more than others. Two of my favs where Papa Roach and Three Days Grace. They both know how to entertain a crowd and keep them going. I was afriad to use the restroom or leave my seat for fear I may miss something!

    The whole concert was perfect!!!

by SimplyMe92 on 6/7/10Verizon Wireless Amphitheater St Louis - Maryland Heights

There may have been bands I had not heard of, but it was a great show like it is every year. :) The best so far out of all the Pointfests in my opinion, but then again, I haven't gone to every single one. The main stage bands were definitely the best out of all. Hollywood Undead is always a great band to see and should've been on the main stage also. All the National bands sounded better than they do on their cds. If I could, I'd repeat the whole day over again because it was so amazing and overwhelming as always, but in a good way. Pointfest has to be the best (twice) yearly concert ever.

    Loved It!

by OneMetallicaGirl on 6/7/10Verizon Wireless Amphitheater St Louis - Maryland Heights

This was only my 2nd Pointfest to attend but it was awesome! This was my 3rd time to see 3 Days Grace (2nd time in the past 3 months) and they always put on such a good show, I LOVE THEM!! I have seen Seether, Papa Roach & Saliva before and they always kick ass too! I would have liked to have seen Hollywood Undead & The Flobots alil more but it was so freakin crowded that I couldnt get closer to the stage, that was the only thing that sucked about Pointfest, other than that it was AWESOME!!!!

    Coheed was amazing.

by ZeeChristoph on 6/7/10Verizon Wireless Amphitheater St Louis - Maryland Heights

Almost all of the bands were lame or mediocre at best. They all sounded like shinedown. I only liked a band called Greek Fire (only band I hadn't heard of that impressed), Story of the Year (always amazing live), and Coheed and Cambria. The fans at the show weren't even fans of rock and roll. Claudio of Coheed and Cambria played a guitar solo behind his head, threw it up into the air, stomped on it on the ground, then picked it up and kept playing the end of his guitar, before licking it, leaving it on his amp, flicking his pick into the crowd and leaving the stage, and the crowd didn't even respond with an amazed standing ovation as deserved, because it wasn't a song they'd heard on the point. Not a good concert environment. Point listeners don't like Rock and Roll.

by KittyPawMeow on 6/7/10Verizon Wireless Amphitheater St Louis - Maryland Heights

I don't think I would have gone if Coheed and Cambria wasn't there, but it was a good show. I got there in time for Story of the Year - they were ok. I really liked Hollywood Undead, they were a lot funnier than I thought they'd be. Saliva was great - I love them. Coheed and Cambria was my favorite, but that's a given since they are the only reason I bought a ticket. I wish they played longer. I stayed for Papa Roach and they were awesome! I haven't seen them in years and this was a great reminder of how great they are. I didn't stay for Seether or Three Days Grace - I've seen Seether plenty of times and I didn't want to hang around for Three Days to start. All in all it was a good show. Thanks Point.

I loved the setup and all of the bands were fantastic. J-Dog from Hollywood Undead signed me, so that was definitely the highlight of my night. The headliner bands all rocked ... There was not a dull moment all day. I had a great time.

    POINTFEST!!!!!!!

by Swordm on 6/7/10Verizon Wireless Amphitheater St Louis - Maryland Heights

Pointfest is always amazing. This one was no exception. Three Days Grace, Brookroyal, Seether, and Shaman's Harvest were definitely the best ones there.

    Main Stage was AMAZING!

by Dolly2855 on 6/7/10Verizon Wireless Amphitheater St Louis - Maryland Heights

Every band gave it their all and were absolutely amazing live. I did feel a little disappointed that Janus wasn't as good live. But the crowds were having a blast the bands were having a blast, it was a great day. Just too bad a lot of the bands couldn't play longer sets! Three Days Grace did a great job headlining, and the visuals of the show was well done. I do wish the Merch Stands would have stayed open longer and had more available for the diff bands. I never mind getting my ass burnt just to rock out at Pointfest!
