  • Cake, The Urge & Bush Rocked!!!

by msrae2477 on 9/12/11Verizon Wireless Amphitheater St Louis - Maryland HeightsRating: 4 out of 5

the concert was great! however this is the 1st concert in 16 years of going to a TON of concerts i did not spend money on merchandise. Cake didn't even come with any. Bush & The Urge's merchandise was so plain. it did not reflect the personalities of the bands. So instead of spending my normal $100-$200 on merchandise at a concert of this nature with so many bands. I got nothing except money in my pocket to spend on something else.

by stacieg on 6/20/10Verizon Wireless Amphitheater St Louis - Maryland HeightsRating: 5 out of 5

The show totally rocked! I was so stoked just driving there, I couldn't wait. I won't wait as long as I did to get tickets to Pointfest 2. Three Days Grace, OMG, it was so awesome. I had a great time and will definately be at the next Pointfest.

  • Papa Roach was amazing as always!!

by Brandielicious on 6/15/10Verizon Wireless Amphitheater St Louis - Maryland HeightsRating: 5 out of 5

Papa Roach was amazing!! He is an awesome performer and entertainer and he sings from his soul! Every-word of all his songs speak to a lot of people and plus he is just sexy all around.

  • Side stages is where its at!!!

    by Pdea on 6/13/10Pointfest 6-6-2010 - St. LouisRating: 5 out of 5

The side stages are the reason i go to pointfest every year. On my way to the show I heard on the point that the Verizon Wireless Ampitheater was no longer allowing moshing or surfing which instantly made me mad as hell. But once Janus started playing there wasnt much security could do. I hope they dont ever try to enfore the mosh/surf rule cause that would really hurt this great event. The main stage acts are great, but the side stages is where the fun is at. Everybody looks out for one another over there which is always great as well. If you go down, you get helped up. The crowd was amazing and i met a lot of very nice people.

  • Pointfest - June 2010

by JayDaddy on 6/11/10Verizon Wireless Amphitheater St Louis - Maryland HeightsRating: 5 out of 5

This was one of the best Pointfests I've been to so far. Had an awesome time. The food was good, the beer was good, and the music was unforgettable

  • by rebel91 on 6/10/10Verizon Wireless Amphitheater St Louis - Maryland HeightsRating: 4 out of 5

All the bands were great. Never heard anything from Five Fold before but they rock and were a really nice group to talk to. Got a signed CD from Janus. Papa Roach stole the show.

  • It was good...but

by mcornett on 6/9/10Verizon Wireless Amphitheater St Louis - Maryland HeightsRating: 4 out of 5

It was good, i enjoyed myself. Although it would've been much MUCH better if HURT had'nt had to cancel. They were the reason i bought my tickets and made room reservations. Seether put on the best show that night, but i have to say Hail the Villian's singer was probably the most energetic and enteraining..... that guy cracked me up.

  • Amazing show

by heedthevoices on 6/9/10Verizon Wireless Amphitheater St Louis - Maryland HeightsRating: 5 out of 5

The show was great. Tons of good bands putting out their best for 22000 fans. Couldn't of asked for a better day weatherwise either. The only thing I have to complain about besides the venues prices for food and water was the loss of sound during three days grace. For some reason the sound in the lawn cut out and when it came back on there was only drums and vocals. Overall I would of paid double what I did.

The "pit" at Hollywood Undead, Story of the Year, and Brookroyal was the best time I have ever had at a concert. Period

  • 29 for 29? No fees? No reason not to!

by masterbetty on 6/8/10Verizon Wireless Amphitheater St Louis - Maryland HeightsRating: 4 out of 5

This specifice pointfest had a less spactacular lineup than normal. Usually they have a classic fav for pf fans like Breaking Benjamin or someone who is currently holding a #1 position on billboard. Not to say that any band in particular didn't play well, bc they did, it's just the 14 people I went with weren't wowed like usual when they read the lineup. The heat was a little much (which, obviously, isn't the venue's fault). I turned around right before the sun set and saw that not a single person behind me didn't have a red face from sunburn or heat exhaustion.

  • great!

by stlchris887 on 6/8/10Verizon Wireless Amphitheater St Louis - Maryland HeightsRating: 4 out of 5

Was awesome. Shaman's Harvest, Story of The Year, and Papa Roach were pretty good. Brookroyal, Seether, and Three Days Grace were AMAZING. The only bad thing was that it seemed like the guitars on the main stage were turned down because you could barely hear them over the mics and drums.

  • Pointfest rocked my world!!!

by jbird220 on 6/8/10Verizon Wireless Amphitheater St Louis - Maryland HeightsRating: 5 out of 5

Amazing bands! Fivefold was awesome as were many of the other bands!

  • An unforgettable day of live music!

by TKEJames178 on 6/8/10Verizon Wireless Amphitheater St Louis - Maryland HeightsRating: 5 out of 5

105.7 The Point came through again with another day of fantastic musical performances. With the venue packed, fans were able to enjoy live music from 10am thru 11pm. Some of the highlight performances included Flobots, Hollywood Undead, Story of the Year, Papa Roach, and Three Days Grace. Three Days Grace headlined the event and definitely put on quite a show. Their stage presence, passion, lighting, and pyrotechnics all added to an amazing end to a day filled with St Louis love for live music.

  • FLOBOTS

I had such a blast! I'm so glad I went! Flobots was by far the best. They definitely need to come back.
