Playoff Fan Central Tickets

The event was great. We really had a great time. Everything was well organized.

I felt like I paid $17 to have people advertise to me. We went to have our picture taken with the trophy and they had taken it away. Might have been fun if I had little kids with me.

Beautiful venue, lots to see and do, great game. We had a fantastic time.

No energy in the place- this could be and should be a really fun interactive event. You need to have broadcasters at the event.. live ESPN Zone.. .signing autographs.... need to have much higher energy - more like superbowl.... we stood in line for 45 minutes to buy items... they should have had that figured out... perhaps have two stores set up.

My family truly enjoyed this event. The people that worked the event were so helpful and polite about it when asked. The CMT concert was good but the security staff in there was clueless. We wanted to leave and go back to the fan area but they wouldn't let us. We explained that if we exited that we would not be permitted to reenter, but they didn't care nor care about finding a solution. Luckily enough they fan zone people had the answer and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our evening. The venue was amazing and not hard to navigate. It was so large it made it seem like there was never that many people there or to crowded at any one booth any anytime.

Reasonable price but basically a total waste of time and "pep rally" was just marching band show with no speakers, which is not a pep rally.

a lot of activities for kids and adults alike.The concert was good too.

The concert was incredible with many top country music names and Rob Riggle was on top of his game as the host

This was clearly a tv production and nothing like a concert. Overall good experience.

Really well done event --- parking was affordable, crowds were manageable, and a lot of vendors were present with tons of fun and free things to do!

Event was nice and had lots to do. needed more vendors though for the adults... lots of fun games for the kids. Only problem I had was with the location..... it was too spread out from the Stadium, events were too spread out, needed to be more consolidated.

I had a great time exploring the exhibits at the Playoff Fan Central. Solid promotion of the two teams battling for the championship and a bunch of things for kids to do. I recommend attending events like these whenever they come into your city.

Convention Center parking for the event had no signage so you had to drive around and take your chances. Entry into the event was not marked nor was there any signage to direct you. Depending on where you were able to park you had to keep walking around the building trying doors to see if you could gain entry. Once inside there was no signage to direct you to the area where the event was being held. There were no one there either to direct you until you happened to stumble on getting close to the event. There were no activity guides prior to the event to specifically let you know what was happening. Any pre-event guides were general in nature so you just took your chances. If you got there at the wrong times there wasn't much going on.

To be live on set with Lady Antebellum, Toby Keith, Big & Rich, Brett Eldredge, and other fine country artists! It was a great concert! You won't get that in Hawaii that's for sure ;)

We couldn't afford tickets to the National Championship game but this event allowed us to be part of the celebration. We were able to attend a Pep Rally for my Buckeyes and see the Marching Band perform, take pictures with the Championship trophy, get autographs of former players, purchase merchandise, and so many other fun things. We had a wonderful day. This event was well put together and I am so thankful they made it affordable. Thank you!!
