These guys are awesome performers! Aside from the wasted woman next to us, my friend and I had a blast!

PLAIN WHITE T'S IN CONCERT:
Pop-punk outfit Plain White T's is anything but plain live -- the band has been packing a punch with their driving guitar sound, upbeat melodies, and sprightly showmanship since 1997. Whether they're stripping it down with their acoustic smash-hit "Hey There Delilah" or getting fans to sing along to "1,2,3,4", Plain White T's sound just as sharp live as they do on their recordings. A veteran touring act with showmanship to the gills, the five-piece gives concertgoers an unforgettable experience every time they hit the road for one of their exciting tours.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Chicago-based pop punkers Plain White T's first formed in 1997, getting their start playing local bar and restaurant gigs. When frontman Tom Higgenson was involved in a near-fatal car accident two years later, he penned a collection of reflective songs while recovering that ultimately led the band to pursue music full-time. They released three albums in the early '00s, but didn't achieve mainstream success until 2006 with Every Second Counts, which was certified gold in the US and featured the No. 1 hit "Hey There Delilah". The band immediately launched to international fame after the release, set out on a tour with Motion City Soundtrack, and played their own sold-out headlining shows. The pop-punk act continued to release more popular tunes like "1,2,3,4" and "Rhythm of Love", both of which were played in heavy rotation on alternative radio across the country. With several platinum-selling records, two Grammy nominations, and a hit-filled catalog under their belt, Plain White T's are show-stopping performers who treat fans to all of their popular tunes on perennial can't-miss tours.
FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:
"I always thought this band was good... but I never saw them live before. The live show is full of passion, honesty, and energy. They were absolutely AMAZING. Each band member is extremely talented. A MUST-SEE!"
"NO WORDS can explain how AMAZING this night was! Plain White T's put on a FUN and energetic show, get the crowd involved, and keep you dancing until the end! This show will be a LIFETIME MEMORY!"
"The Plain White T's never disappoint. In addition to being a great band, they are great entertainers."

Amazing! Great venue to see the band! The intimate setting is perfect for being up close and personal. Loved it!
Good show in a great venue.
by WashingtonCrunch on 2/1/11Fine Line Music Cafe - MinneapolisRating: 4 out of 5Great acoustics in the small venue. PWT's played a full set which included a feature of 'Hello Delilah' with the lead singer standing in the middle of the crowd on a pedestal of some sort. Had a great time!
Best Concert I've Been To!
by Sunburst308 on 1/31/11Fine Line Music Cafe - MinneapolisRating: 5 out of 5I had never been to the Fine Line Music Cafe and this definitely made a good first impression! I've loved the Plain White T's for a long time but had never seen them live so I was totally unsure what to expect... I wasn't disappointed! The first band was a little rough but Parachute definitely had it together. Then when it got to the Plain White T's I was blown away! They are so FINE!! Plus, their new album is unreal. It was amazing to be standing so close to them, I was probably 5 feet away from Tim ;) The only thing I would've changed is the crowd. It seemed like not too many people were really getting into it... they were a little to reserved for my taste.
PARACHUTE is AWESOME!
by jaccie on 1/31/11Fine Line Music Cafe - MinneapolisRating: 3 out of 5As always, Parachute rocked! I loved hearing their new songs which already have me hooked but I would have liked to hear a few more songs from the Losing Sleep album. I liked how there were only 2 other bands and Fine Line Music Cafe was an excellent venue, I liked the vibe!

I ended up leaving LOVING Miggs, Parachute even more, and Plain White T's even more! It was such an amazing show. They played some great songs. by FullofWonder on 1/30/11Fine Line Music Cafe - MinneapolisRating: 5 out of 5This was my first time seeing the Ts in concert and felt the performance was full of energy and connected well with the audience. The acoustics of the FIne Line really showcased their sound. The back to roots performance of 'Hey There, Delilah' was thoughtful and helped me appreciate the song's origins more than standard radio play. I really like the songs from their new album too! Excellent time!
Plain White T's were awesome!!!
by MissKay20 on 10/20/09The Rock - TucsonRating: 5 out of 5Hearing my favorite songs played live right in front of me was surreal. I got a drumstick from the drummer De'Mar and the lead singer Tom high fived my hand!! It just topped off an incredible concert. Unforgettable.
Plain White T's - What a show!!!
by ChaCha40 on 10/19/09The Rock - TucsonRating: 5 out of 5Last night was the first time my wife and I saw Plain White T's. I was more than impressed. Thanked goodness I have all their CDs. The only talent on the stage was the drummer - lead singer not good at all. Very lame lyrics.
Fun Time
by Mradulich on 9/24/09JANNUS LANDING COURTYARD - St PetersburgRating: 4 out of 5It's nice to see a band talk less and play more. PWT's did that an what they played was awesome.
Plain White T's - Didn't Disappoint!
by raddoc on 8/6/09Newport Music Hall - ColumbusRating: 3 out of 5We went to the Newport to see the Plain White T's perform and they were great! It wasn't the best concert I've been too - part of that was the crowd, they weren't really loud or lively. The band was great though and seemed to play well to the crowd. Two thumbs up for PWTs
The Plain White T's were INCREDIBLE!
by SweetBee on 7/23/09Culture Room - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5The concert was INCREDIBLE, this was my first Plain White T's concert and I'm glad that this was my first because it was the BEST first time EVER! The cost of the concert was very affordable. I saw every single member of the group life size plus they walked right out the front door and took pictures. The concert was a gift for my little brother and he had a great time and a chance to shake hands with the lead singer (Tom Higginson)!!!! He had a GREAT time and i had an INCREDIBLE time! If you didn't go to this concert for one reason or another...YOU didn't make enough sacrifices because this concert was HELL-A WORTH IT AND SOME!!!!
Plain White T's are AMAZING!
by Gabilovesyou on 7/19/09The Social - OrlandoRating: 5 out of 5I had the best time at the concert. the place was really small but it made it more personally after the concert me and my friend got to meet tom and tim. And we got to hang out and talk to tom and get autographs it was a lot of fun and i would not doubt go back.
Great opening bands, great venue
by dmay on 7/19/09The Social - OrlandoRating: 4 out of 5Memorable night! Days Difference opened up the show and rocked the house. Was extremely impressed with this new band. Company of Thieves played next. A few sound / technical issues interfered with their performance - less than stellar, but loved the lead singer's voice. Then Plain White T's conquered the small stage and made everybody feel like they were playing a private concert for them in their living room. Awesome venue! You are literally less than 20 feet from the stage at the Social. Would definitely go back again.
