Pitbull in Concert
Seeing Pitbull live is a trip around the world of Mr. 305, jam-packed with his biggest hits, suave personality and overwhelming gratitude. Pitbull has proven himself to be a master showman since his breakthrough in the early 2000s, and his stage show has only improved since then, whirling through his ever-growing roster of global hits and enticing the audience into joining his party. Pitbull has co-headlined tours with fellow Latin superstar Enrique Iglesias, toured with Britney Spears in Europe and delighted audiences around the world from Kodiak, Alaska, to Cape Town.
Pitbull Background
Born in Miami in 1981, Armando Christian Pérez transformed himself into Pitbull as a teenager, performing in clubs and refining his style, which was influenced largely by reggaeton and crunk. An introduction to Atlanta's crunk king Lil Jon led to his being featured on a mixtape by the excitable hip-hop star, which then led to Lil Jon coproducing Pitbull's 2004 breakthrough single, the raucous "Culo." Pitbull became a huge presence in Latin pop and hip-hop during the ‘00s, collaborating with the Ying Yang Twins, DJ Khaled and Fat Joe, among others.
Pitbull's pop breakthrough came in 2008, when he released the smash single "I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho)." A blend of Latin hip-hop and glittery dance music that shouted out Miami's Little Havana, it reached No. 1 on multiple charts around the world, and peaked at No. 2 on the Hot 100. The sinewy "Hotel Room Service," which similarly blended Eurodance and hip-hop, became his second Top 10 single in 2009, establishing Pitbull as a pop force. He solidified that reputation through Top 10 collaborations with Enrique Iglesias (the Jersey Shore–featured "I Like It"), Usher ("DJ Got Us Fallin' In Love") and Jennifer Lopez ("On the Floor"). He reached No. 1 on the U.S. charts in 2011 with "Give Me Everything," a party-ready collaboration with Ne-Yo and Afrojack. In 2013, he hit No. 1 again with the country-fried "Timber," a collaboration with Kesha, while "Time of Our Lives," his devil-may-care reunion with Ne-Yo, returned him to the Top 10 in 2014. He's stayed prolific since then, releasing singles with pop stars like Fifth Harmony and Leona Lewis as well as Latin stars like Daddy Yankee and Prince Royce. Everywhere he goes, he brings his message of working hard and partying harder to his appreciative audience.
He look so HOT and SEXY. Love the concert. He had a full house Yaya
I still can't believe that he had the entire room out of their seat dancing like it was a club. He is amazing...and you can tell he loves what he does.
love it, every concert i've gone to is worth every penny, never leaves the fans empy, and his music is speachless
Went with a co-worker of mine and loved the concert. The opening acts were just ok, but when Pitbull came out, he DID HIS THANG! Wished he would've performed a little longer since we had to endure the long opening acts.
poor opening act, long intermissions, performers were late
IT WAS SO FREAKIN AWSOME,... HE LOOKED HELLA HOT AND I HAD FUN..
I got tickets for $5 it was worth every penny. The girl to guy ratio was 4:1...amazing. 5 dollar beers. And the girls kept throwing panties on the stage. Priceless. Only Con: Pitbull has a weak opener for him but I guess what can you expect for $5.
it was amazing, like always sexy as hell. mad people in their. cant wait to go to Miami n see him preform again. MIAMI 305
Yeah, so I got there too late and I couldn't see the stage because of all the drunk people, but he played music non-stop and danced like a maniac whenever I caught a glimpse of him, and it was definitely worth it regardless. I heart Pitbull.
Mr. 305 was indeed amazing at HoB! This was the 2nd time I had seen him there and it was even better than before. He does a great job of really getting the audience engaged and hyped. It's a nonstop party from beginning to....sigh....end. Oh...and David Rush (aka Lil Boss) was the opener....watch out for him...he really started things off on a great foot!
The show started extremely late and that was a turnoff but Pit made up for his lateness by performing the hits that we know and love him for. I've seen him perform at this venue before, he always puts on an amazing live show. The man can rap, dance, and get the crowd going. Pitbull always brings something fresh to the table. I left wanting more, the man is a genius!!!
Pitbull was amazing. Lots of energy. Great music. To quote Calle Ocho remix: Damn he's hot. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I wanted the show to be LONGER.
Pitbull was amazing. David Rush was really good. I did not like how they took our cameras away though and somehow some people were able to still sneak them in...
GREAT CONCERT!! Venue was great bc you had a good view no matter where you were standing. Wish it would've been longer!
My daughter & I had a great night out watching the show.
I am now obsessed with Pitbull. Not even joking, best concert I've ever been to.
Great show! High in energy! Great crowd! I would recommend everyone to see Pitbull live! He was awesome!
I thought the show was great. He picked a great a location was very laid back and everyone had a blast. I would definitely go again.
Very fun to watch, liked the music in Spanish better but that's just my preference and what I expected.
This was a really solid show. The place was packed, the crowd was jumpin' and the music was great. Pitbull gave an inspired performance. The band was tight and the music was solid. He communicated with the audience between songs and was a polished performer. The coolest thing was that the whole crowd sang along with the songs and all waved their arms along and danced and jumped to the music. It was a really good show and I would go again and recommend it to my friends. The downside to the show is that the music was a bit too loud for the PA and the words were not as clear as they could have been. The only other complaint was that he did a really short version of his biggest song "Hotel Motel Holiday Inn." I understand that performers get tired of singing their most popular songs but those are the songs that put them there and the fans deserve to hear at least the full version of the song if not an extended version. Having said that, the concert was great and was really worth the money and the trip to Orlando.
