    Fun gals, fun local talent

by LaughingInBoston on 1/31/17The Wilbur - Boston

I listen to their podcasts and they were even better in person. I love the other comedians they brought on. I love the "showcase" format for the comedians - open mike night, but juried. High quality comedy all around!

Jessica and Phoebe are truly incredible...their wit and humor literally keep you laughing the entire time they are on stage. I am so incredibly happy I got to see these two live...a breath of fresh air that was definitely needed.

    Two Dope Queens: YQY!

    by srt0914 on 1/30/17The Wilbur - Boston

The show was as incredible as could be expected. All four of the guests were great- Eugene Mirman was a great surprise! I had excellent seats- the even price tier of the Wilbur is one of my favorite features of the theater, along with the cocktail waitresses who come to your seats. An excellent show!

    Such a let down

    by Lauren080890 on 1/30/17The Wilbur - Boston

I listen to the 2 Dope Queens podcast every single Tuesday. The show was just not funnny. The guest stars weren't adding to the show. The crowd wasn't even laughing that much. Such a letdown.

2 of the Dopest Queens of laugh

by SosoFIFA on 1/30/17The Wilbur - Boston

Loved the show! Jessica and Phoebe are a force to be reckoned with, even though it is two friends talking and constantly laughing of their love of laughter. I know I could not stop laughing and hanging on to their every word...I cannot wait for their return back to Boston!

Phoebe and Jessica's stage name is more than appropriate. This is the second time we've seen them (once when it was Blaria in Brooklyn - what a ride these two have been on!) and it was amazing. The show starts with the two of them chatting about hilarious crap - as always - then goes into Guest 1. About 10 mins of standup and they're back and stay out with Guest 2 for a set. Then guest 3 (tied with guest 4 for my favorite!) more banter between the 2 Dope Queens and finally Guest 4. The show moves quickly and you won't get bored at all. They're smart about who they bring out there and definitely know how to mix comedy with some smack-you-over-the-head lessons on race and gender. It's a smart, funny, provocative show that's not to be missed.
