Great place to see a game. Everything was neat and clean . Overall great experience
Great venue and an opportunity to see some terrific athletes in action. A great deal of character and class in these young women. took my 13 year old son - he thoroughly enjoyed it. The men's tournament always gets the headlines but should not overshadow this event.
The Tournament was very competitive for the most part. But Lady Bears were unstoppable. The difference in talent was significant. Wish attendance had been higher, but met very nice fans from all schools.
The Big 12 Women's Basketball Tournament was a great event. 9 games in 4 days. Saw a lot of good basketball and met a lot of good people. It's always fun to meet opposing team's fans. Amenities are great at the Peak. Hotels and restaurants are close by. Can't wait for next year.
This was a great get away with my husband. We both enjoyed the basketball tournament and near restaurants. The hotel we used was only 20 or so minutes away and affordable.
The NBA, Chesapeake Arena, their staff, & concessions treat handicapped people wonderfully. They provided assistance to my seat & concession personnel carried my refreshments for me. They even went back & got eating utensils for me. OKC & Bricktown is the worst handicapped city I've ever experienced. Very few handicapped parking places and what little they have are reserved by the police for certain people. The OKC City Council & mayor have sold all possible handicapped areas to the rich. Handicapped people are allowed to park for free at parking meters but the only empty spaces are usually 1/2 to 1 mile away. Pathetic! Bricktown has virtually no parking for anybody.
Seats were awesome and the venue is very nice. The game didn't go Cowgirls way, but it was fun being at the event and being a part of the crowd supporting OSU.
Games were exciting and commentary during and in between games fun. Great competition.
This was a great evening. Enjoyed talking with all the fans around me.
Great time . congrats to the ladies of the big 12 for a great tournament. Good luck to team's moving to the NCAA tournament. Ladies you rock. Go Baylor bears
My husband and I took our (almost 10 yr old) granddaughter, who loves basketball and the Baylor Lady Bears, to see her heroes (Nina Davis & Kristy Wallace) as her birthday present. She absolutely loved every minute of it. She (we) also really enjoyed the Fan Fest and she was able to show off some of her basketball skills. Our seats were good and we enjoyed all the games for all 5 sessions. Oh, and, of course the food! Thanks. JJandBB
The experience was wonderful from directions to parking, parking attendants, ticket attendants, all employees at American Airlines made it easy to enjoy the women playing basketball. The players played with so much heart, it was a pleasure being there to see.
WOULD LIKE TO SEE MORE SPONCERSHIP FOR YOUNG GIRLS TEAMS(AAU & HS) TO BE IN ATTENDANCE. THAT'S WHERE IT STARTS FOR WOMEN'S BASKETBALLS FOLLOWING.
once again it was great! AA does a great job of putting on a good show and having great seats. We will go again.
Very friendly staff and very well organized. I know this isn't any fault of the venue, but way too many commercial breaks.
Great venue. Great games. Great Champion!! Baylor Lady Bears.
The championship was amazing from beginning to end! The energy in the place was unforgettable!
Big 12 Women's Tourney is always a fun weekend in Dallas. AA Center is a great venue. Easy to get in and out & great selection in concessions.
It doesn't get better than college basketball and it was great to have the tournament in Dallas again. American Airlines Center was a perfect site!
We really enjoyed the game. I don't know why I always fool myself into thinking I'll be able to get decent food there. The hamburger tasted like it had been steam-cooked inside the bun earlier in the day. The fries were no doubt hot and fresh the day before I bought them. It's the same story every time. Someday I'll learn not to eat at the AAC.
