by Downtown Concerts on 5/8/23Punch Line Comedy Club - Sacramento - SacramentoRating: 5 out of 5

We love going to comedy clubs and made a last minute choice to see a show on a Friday night. Phil was great! Interacted with the crowd and didn’t pull any punches. We will definitely keep and eye out for future shows!

  • Hilarious!

by Erik on 5/7/23Punch Line Comedy Club - Sacramento - SacramentoRating: 5 out of 5

Phil was hilarious to watch! He crushed it with is usual crowd work and genuine originality. In my personal opinion, Phil is underrated and could/should be one of the great comedians of the next decade. I feel very fortunate to have seen him in my home town and cant wait to see more material/shows from him in the future.

  • Funny ! With a good vibe

by Mel on 10/14/22Punch Line Comedy Club - San Francisco - San FranciscoRating: 3 out of 5

Phil was funny , he interacts with us a lot and gets the crowd going. The drinks were good (some were nice and strong) , I didn’t eat food at the punchline. Only thing I wish their was a way to order drinks without having the waitress come by, that way it would be less interruptions during the show. It was a little hard to hear the waitress and get her attention during the show and then get back into the vibe.

  • Really funny show

by SF resident on 10/12/22Punch Line Comedy Club - San Francisco - San FranciscoRating: 5 out of 5

Phil Hanley was very funny. I am always impressed when a comedian knows how to work the crowd. Related to that, he was very confident. He took up space on the stage in a way that was entertaining. You didn't feel like he was just reciting a litany of jokes. There was a feeling of surprise as though anything could happen. I also liked his material. But I would say if the material had just been delivered without the other factors it would not have been as funny.

Phil was easily one of the funniest standup guys I’ve ever seen. Played with the audience and was witty, great jokes, loved every minute!

  • Outstanding

by A.K. on 6/10/19Punch Line Comedy Club - San Francisco - San FranciscoRating: 5 out of 5

He was hysterical. He had good pace and tie backs. His best tallent is engaging with the crowd though. Jokes on the spot, feeding from his interactions with us. I would love to see him again.

  • Stuart Thompson rising star

by SMcSacramento on 9/4/18Punch Line Comedy Club - Sacramento - SacramentoRating: 5 out of 5

Enjoyed Phil Hansley very much but VERY impressed with upcoming comic, Stuart Thompson. He was very funny - and no picking out audience members. Catch him. Liked the ref on unique girlfriend issues. Also, Punchline Comedy Club in Sacramento had great food.

  • Phil Hanley was awesome!

by shaheenery on 9/30/14Punch Line Comedy Club - San Francisco - San FranciscoRating: 3 out of 5

The host and Phil Hanley were awesome, the middle guy was terrible. I would avoid lineups he was in. Even Phil poked a little fun at him during his bit.
