Peter White was awesome.......to have Euge Groove partnered with him just made it all the better! Those 2 put on a great show together. I'd see them again in a heartbeat.

I absolutely love the artistry of Mr. Peter White. I imagined being transported by the beauty of his music and I was. The atmosphere and the comraderie of the guys on stage was fun to watch. I not only purchased a vintage Peter White CD but I was so carried away with the individual uniqeness of every member on stage that I purchased every CD on display. As I drove home I enjoyed the sounds of HumbleGregg Karukas, Shy Smitty Smith, and Fun loving Michael Paulo. The Drummer was totally awesome! I am now looking for more sounds from Indonesia. For as long as I can remember I have had a great respect and appreciation for Peter White. I descirbe his musicinaship as "Imcomparable" because Peter has mastered his craft. The show enhanced my love for "All that Jazz" becasue true musicianship is embedded in the ability to make the instrument TALK.. Please bring them back soon. Jazz Alley is the last hope we have to truly enjoy mature adult sounds in the Seattle area. How can you not have a Jazz radio dial with all that great music??????
I enjoy Mindy Abair's music, but I think the holiday concert should skip her solo singing piece. It did not fit within the context of the holiday concert. It would have been better if she had sung a traditional Christmas carol instead. I'm glad that each artist played a non-holiday tune that their fans enjoy.
We were visiting NYC from Berlin Germany and this event was the highlight of our trip. We could feel the Holiday spirit and enjoyed every minute of this amazing concert.
Great show mixed with numerous Christmas tunes as well as some of their best jazz songs. The interaction between the musicians and the audience was great. This was the first time they did this show in NYC and I hope they do it again. It is a show you should add to your X-Mas show list.
Outstanding performances from all. I could not have asked for a better way to kick off the season.
We have seen the show every year since 2003. We are big fans of all three artists. The show ws awesome as usual......Our only disappointment was that since we went to the early show, there was no time for an encore......and they typically do an awesome encore.

The three artist are great on an individual bases put them together and they become spectacular. They interact with each other on such a unique level. As instrumentalist they untouchable. What a wonderful nite!
We went to this show with high expectations and were not disappointed. My husband and I are big fans of White, Braun and Abair, but our two other friends didn't know their music. We were bowled over by the incredible talent and energy--how wonderful it was to hear these three musicians play together. They were fabulous!
Being a long time jazz fan the wife and I were a little disappointed by the show. We knew going in that we would hear some holiday music but not so much of it. Here you have three jazz greats and I have to admit the show was a little sleepy and low key. We were expecting something a little more uptempo.
The Peter White Christmas Show (with Rick Braun and Mindy Abair) at B.B. King's Bar & Grill In New York City, on Saturday, December 4th, was excellent....that is to say, the artists were phenomenal!! The place itself, B.B.King's, was HORRENDOUS; they packed the audience in like sardines in a tin can. Honestly, I didn't even have enough room to take my coat off, because the person sitting next to me was so close to my chair. The service was terrible; the waitress didn't ask us for our order until half the show was over! The personnel weren't very friendly, either. So to sum it up, I give four stars **** ---- no, make that FIVE STARS ***** --- to Peter White, Rick Braun and Mindy Abair for their superb performance. They truly salvaged an evening that, because of such a poor venue, could have been a complete disaster. I will never see another show at this venue again.
Loved the show. They played Christmas songs, some songs from their new CDs, and some miscellaneous songs. The background musicians were excellent, as well.
I have seen Peter White in concert on many occassions since 1994, and at many different venues. I have also seen Rick Braun perform frequently. Peter White has been one of my favorite smooth jazz guitarists and performers for many years, and I do love jazz. Unfortunately, our seats were horrible and the show was extremely dissapointing. The show itself was a very short 1 1/4 hours, and most of the time was spent on vocals. Mindi Abair can sing, but Peter White and Rick Braun, and the other studio musicians cannot. But I also paid to see them play sax, trumpet and guitar, which they did very little of. Once again, I really love these musicians because I have heard them many times before, and they were excellent, but this in my opinion was not their finest hour.
We loved the Xmas Show - very upbeat and fitting for tis the season.
As in the past, this years show was fantactic and the venue very good.
This show had great holiday songs and some hits from the players. I like the audience particapation with some of the Christmas songs. Peter White's rendition of Elivs singing 'I have a blue Christmas without you" was right on great.
My husband and I have been going to this show for years and it did not disappoint. Peter White, Rick Braun and Mindy Abair put on a fantastic show and it really helps you to get into the spirit of the season!!! We love these guys.
Excellent time I would recommend this concert to all my friends!
