We enjoyed this concert, but we didn't like that Mindi turned it into a "come up front and dance" fest.
The venue was general admission so we arrived 2 hours before doors opened to be sure we got front row seats. The seats we got were right up front, but there's a small 3-foot wide aisle between us and the waist-high edge of the stage. Several times Mindi told folks to "come on down to the dance floor" referring to this small aisle "as a dance floor". The folks from the back of the room were only more than happy to comply and crammed themselves between us and the stage, stepping on our feet and completely blocking our view of the performers. It really ruined the concert experience for us.
We enjoyed the music (although it was way too loud for the small venue), but we won't risk a repeat disappointment by going to see these performers again.
We, of course, enjoy a party atmosphere, but we thought this was going to be a concert, not a dance.
