    Peter Pan

by LovinIt09 on 3/12/13Palace Theatre Columbus - Columbus

We loved it. We just love the Pleasure Guild shows. They are always amazing and the talent is Broadway class. The girl playing the lead was absolutely incredible. I knew by her voice that she was not a child, yet was fun loving and believable in her acting.

    Completely worthwhile!

by linw1016 on 3/11/13Palace Theatre Columbus - Columbus

After reading the story in his class, my son loved the character of Peter Pan. He had a special day out with my husband, and they were both blown away by the entire event. I'd rather see them attend these events and support the community! It can add up cost wise, but we budget for it and make it work!

    Peter Pan was fantastic!

by Gigiridd on 3/11/13Palace Theatre Columbus - Columbus

I attended the performance of Peter Pan with two of my grandchildren and my two daughter-in-laws. The production was above and beyond my expectations. My grandson had dressed up as Peter Pan this past Halloween and has been watching the movie ever since. He is four and this was his first play and he told me it was awsome! My granddaughter is six and she enjoyed the dancing and singing. It was a wonderful way to spend a Saturday afternoon!

    Good show!

by suzeemomoffour on 3/11/13Palace Theatre Columbus - Columbus

This was a good show for a great cause! Our family will be making it a tradition to support them every year. I think next year we may splurge for better seats though because being all the way at the top made it difficult to see. Thank you for an enjoyable family time!!

    Peter Pan was audience freindly!

by ROISFL on 10/5/11Lexington Opera House - Lexington

Peter Pan starring MS. Rigsby was excellent! Her enthusiasm for the character brings it to life. The sets were bright, colorful, and life like that transported you into the story. It was terrific for children and those adults that are kid at heart. The acting singing and dancing were top notch and getting to meet the actors was a real treat. Truley dedicated professionals. It is a must see and will go down as a classic.

    Even Teenagers Liked It

by DentTeen on 10/3/11Lexington Opera House - Lexington

We had seen this production years ago but when it came to Lexington my 15 year old football player son asked if we could go. So the 5 of us, including 17 and 13 year old sisters purchased tickets. Although we had decent seats, my son's lament was that we wouldn't get sprinkled with pixie dust. The production was excellent. Although I had forgotten much of the details it was delightful seeing the teens recall all the action and be totally engrossed in it. This was an excellent family outing. I highly recommend it, even for families with teens.

My Lexington Opera House experience was horrible

by M1224 on 10/3/11Lexington Opera House - Lexington

The play was wonderful--my 4 year old granddaughter was enthralled. It's a shame that my Lexington Opera House seating was so horrible that it almost ruined the play for me. LOH should NEVER sell tickets to the seat that I had to endure.

    Peter Pan was well done

by Valcat2001 on 10/2/11Lexington Opera House - Lexington

We greatly enjoyed the performance and the thrill of seeing Cathy Rigby. The only downside of the performance was our seating in the front row. The conductor was two feet above our seats and block our view of center stage during most of the performance. We had been to other performances such as Legally Blonde and sat five seats to the right and never noticed the conductor then. I suppose he was conducting the cast in addition to the orchestra.

Peter Pan was a pleasant surprise.

by Bielzebub on 10/2/11Lexington Opera House - Lexington

Cathy Rigby was a delight in her award winning characterization of Peter Pan. She has mastered this role and has added much to it to include her own humor and gymnastic abilities (also award winning). Ms. Rigby adds flibs, and somersaults both in the air and on the ground that add to the character of Peter Pan without one's recalling, "oh yeah, she's a gymnast." The children's rolls are played so well by young thespiams who are already very accomplished.

    Peter Pan was magical!

by musicalfan10 on 10/2/11Lexington Opera House - Lexington

Peter Pan was an unforgettable evening. Cathy Rigby still triumphs as the boy that grows up. This is the second time I have seen her and she is just as great, if not better. The music was fabulous, although, at some points, was a little loud and overbearing. That was more of a sound issue. The costumes and sets were very good, though some things looked like they were pulled back due to the small size of the stage. One thing, that did not look cut was the flying. It was spectacular. I highly recommend this show to all ages, you will laugh, and be amazed.
