Loved the bonus of having William Levy replace Jorge Salinas in this musical. Very funny and entertaining show; would definitely recommend it to others
Perfume De Gardenia was definitely a great musical play. I have to say that the performance of each actor and actris was phenomenal. The lead actriz, Aracely Arambula demonstrated to be an amazing actriz. I could not expect less as the play had big stars from the "Epoca de Oro" such as Maria Victoria and Julio Aleman. I have never been a fan of Niurka Marcos, but I have to say that her performing as a dancer kept me energized the whole time.
it was a good show most of the actors had a good performance except william levy as a actor has a long way to be good actor the musical was great i hope to see more spanish plays inthe near future. also the prices were a little bit steep if it had been more affordable we could it had a full house thank you chepe..
It is a nice show to remember the old Mexico, Music is great and performance from Niurka, Benito Castro and Alejandro are the best.

It was obvious that a major effort was made to use technology in simulating the venue that is used in the Mexico City production. That was very well appreciated. Normally, the level of effort for this type of event is minimal. . We could've used an intermission. Sitting for almost 3 hours straight is too much. Overall, it was very enjoyable The prices were quite elevated.
It has a little bit of everything, humor, drama, etc.
It wasnt a good show at all sorry we didn't like it.
Everything was perfect - from the ease of parking to the incredible orchestra. They had a mix of the new stars with the old stars that was amazing. Getting a chance to see divas I listen to all the time was such a moving experience. It was a wonderful event - just spectacular!
Sonora Santanera did a great job in bringing the past to present with songs like perfume de gardenia. Great theatrical performance by re known personalities. It made my skin chill with those songs! A must see!
I thought the performance was good, definitely not worth the value of the price I paid for the tickets.. It appears that more rehersal is needed for the dancers (they were not snyced in most of the numbers) and the stage was not completely setup in time for the next scene in time. It was also odd to see the performancer walking on stage into their scene and break out of character to bow and acknowledge the audience; it's something I'm not accustom to seeing. As a seson ticket holder to two different venues for plays/musicals, I think it could have been cleaned up a little bit better. All of these things added to the appearance of this being an off, off broadway performance instead of the caliber it should have been considering all the famous people that were in it.
Excellent show!! Very entertaining. Was great to see some of Mexico' s newest performers but also great to see some of the Mexican icons from the past.
I love the fact that on this play the producers were able to bring together so many great and wonderful actors and actress at the same time. I love La Sonora Santanera which is the band that played that wonderful music from the the 50 and that even now we can enjoy. I love William Levy and Araceli Arambula, I feel that this play showed was able to show humor as well as a good musical. I really enjoyed the show. Once again real good performers. Tiger.
This was a gift for my wife on our 20 wedding anniversery and i have never given her a gift that she enjoyed more the whole production was excellent i think i enjoyed it as much as shee did
The actors, the music, the acting was just perfect! Loved the play would definately recomend other to come and see it!

This was beutyful play but I think that the one that take the show was Niurka Marcos she was the best of the nigth Araceli Arambula not so good she is there only cus she was with Luismiguel but I think that she shud learn wo to dance and sing I think they shud give her part to Niurka but it was very nice :)
It's was about time that a play as this one was brought to L.A.!!
My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed this stage presentation. The actors are all well known in the Hispanic cinema and an extra special attraction was the surprise appearance of William Levy. Wow! The music of the era is beautiful and enduring, the production numbers well executed - all in all, a show worth seeing.
Great artist, exelent!!! Very worth it! Each one of the performers were awesome and the orchestra sounded perfect. I will defenetely reccomend it.
