Less than ideal

Purchasing parking on Park Mobile is not an issue but how it is managed on gameday is my issue. Even though there are attendants on site no one checks whether you have a parking permit so the instructions are you must pull inparking spots so your liscense plate is in visible from the parking aisles. The issue is where when you used to be able to back i it was easy to xit after the game but now everyone is trying to backout and jockey for a position in the exit line. And to compound it last Saturday the B-ball game traffic was exitng and there was traffic entering the lot to park for a 5:00 hockey game. So people backing out and traffic flowing both directins in the aisle. And even though there are gates at the back of the lot that could have been used to exit they were all closed. It was a major mess - took 40 minutes to getout of my parking spot. Also on a previous vistit for a "Childrten Under 12 Free Game"purchase of tickets was a bad experience also. You would think after having this promotion for a couple years there would be a better process inplace than waiting to the last minute to institute a procedure to purchase those tickets. Designate the areas that are open for the special tickets and have it live at least one month before the game to purchase tickets.
