PAW Patrol Live! Race to the Rescue on Tour
Since its debut in 2013, the animated TV series PAW Patrol has captured kids' imagination and tickled their fancy in equal amounts by basing every episode around the can't-miss combination of cute dogs and exciting adventures.
Ryder is the young boy in charge of the canine crew, sending them off on a different mission to aid someone in trouble on each episode. Firefighting dalmatian Marshall, construction expert and English bulldog Rubble, German shepherd spy Chase, recycling mutt Rocky, aquatic rescue Labrador Zuma, and aviator cockapoo Skye are the charter members of the PAW Patrol.
They've been a staple of children's television fare for several seasons now, becoming a phenomenon in the process, with everything from a line of toys to Halloween costumes. Considering the amount of love kids have shown for the series season after season, it would have been a shame not to bring those characters to the stage and offer the show's most passionate fans an opportunity to connect with their heroes in a whole new way.
PAW Patrol Live! Race to the Rescue takes everybody's favorite rescue pups and all their familiar friends and places them in a live onstage adventure, taking the squad off the screen and putting them right in front of your eyes.
The action revolves around the Great Adventure Bay Race. When key participant Mayor Goodway disappears before the event, Ryder calls upon his furry pals to find her and to take her place in the race if the situation demands.
Along the way, a whole bunch of the other colorful characters that inhabit the PAW Patrol universe pop up, including Farmer Yumi, Mayor Humdinger, Cap'n Turbot, Chickaletta, and more. It all adds up to an exciting, unique experience for kids accustomed to encountering the PAW Patrol crew only in their living rooms until now.
The only thing that I didn’t like about it is that it only lasted 1 hour. I wish it was longer, especially because of the price, and had to pay for parking. The show itself was great though !
The sound was not good at all. We couldn’t make out what was being said most of the time. My child lost interest unless there was dancing. Tickets 118.00, popcorn, coke, Cotten candy, photo, toy and parking...anther 100.00. Sitting in balcony the lighting made the scenes a bit blurry at times. I was so excited about taking my son but left so disappointed.
It was cute. But knowing the audience was 2-4 year olds, there was too much talking by the main characters. Needed more action/singing by the ‘pups’. Also would eliminate the intermission.
We took our 2 year old grandson. He loved it so much he talked about it the rest of the day. So glad we went.
I bought the tickets for my grandsons birthday,,, him & his sister enjoyed it tremendously but so did the parents!! It was an awesome show!!!
We had a blast! My 4 year old was SO excited. The pom poms were a great little addition and the “dance party” at the end... it was an all around fantastic event that I would definitely come watch again.
Love the interaction with the audience! The sound was great! Storyline was good! Very colorful and held your attention. Would go again!
This was a great show for kids and adults. The characters were just like the ones on TV. Casting was well done. My child enjoyed dancing and singing to the songs. The venue was terrific as the staff was very knowledgeable as to what was happening and where we were supposed to sit and go for the after show meet and greet. For an arena, there is not a bad seat in the place. I would definitely take my child to see Paw Patrol Live again and definitely go to the BancorpSouth Arena in Tupelo as well. We were very well pleased!
While I am not a fan my grandchildren are. One is 4 and the other 2. They thought it was great.
My little one loved this event & the show setup and length we’re perfect for small kids. The venue was also great - thanks!
My granddaughter was so excited. She didn't know what to watch. Lights, music, kids around her. She sang, danced, ate. It was an overall great experience
My child enjoyed it very much!! We will definitely go back to a different show!!
Show was right on, good story line, and my granddaughter got to meet the characters after the show, she talks about it everyday.
I took my three year old grandson to the show and he loved it. It kept his attention the whole time. He enjoyed the songs and so did I.
Arrived hour before show time , gave us time to see and buy all the Paw Patrol items she needed . Front row best seats! After the show went backstage to meet and greet with several Paw Patrol, photos, toys, backpacks so much fun . Loved all of it !
My daughter was overly excited to see "Chickawetta" (Chickaletta) and Skye lol. The cast did an amazing job at keeping the crowd engaged.
Took my 3 yo daughter. Great experience. She loved seeing all the pups and the songs were catchy. The intermisson was timed perfectly for restroom and snack.
It was a great experience for my little one (3yo). The show was age appropriate, very engaging, lots of lights and music. The size of the show was perfect, very kid friendly. The staff friendly, and the show was lots of fun! The intermediate session was also a plus. Highly recommended.
